| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada ``kültürlerarası yeti'' kavramının çıkış noktası ve bu kavramı oluşturan unsurlar incelenmiştir. Ayrıca dilbilgisi-çeviri yönteminden kültürlerarası yaklaşıma kadar olan dil öğretim metotlarından ve bu süreçte oynadıkları rollerden bahsedilmiştir. Günlük hayatın vazgeçilmez ögesi olan deyimlerin ise hedef kültürü tanımada ne derece önemli olduğu vurgulanmış ve bu dil unsurlarının kültürlerarası yetinin gelişimine katkısı mercek altına alınmıştır. Bu araştırma sonucunda deyimlerin yeni bir dil ediniminde hedef kültürü daha somut bir şekilde yansıtması ve öğrencide kültürel farkındalık oluşturması bakımından önemli olduğu sonucuna ulaşılırken, ülkemizde ders kitapları müfredatının buna uygun olmadığına dikkat çekmiştir. Çalışmanın sonunda bu eksikliğin giderilmesi ve deyimlere yabancı dil öğretiminde daha fazla yer verilmesi gerektiği vurgulanmıştır. Ayrıca öğrencilerde kültürlerarası yetiyi geliştirilebilmek için özellikle nelere dikkat edilmesi gerektiği hususunda somut önerilerde bulunulmuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, the emergency point of the concept ?intercultural competence? and the elements forming it were investigated. Language teaching methods from Grammer Translation Method to Intercultural Approach and their roles in this process were mentioned. The vitality of phrases that are indispensable elements of everyday life was emphasized and their contribution to the development of Intercultural Competence was analyzed. At the end of this study, while we are reaching the result that phrases are important in reflecting the target culture concretely in a new language acquisition and raising cultural awareness at students, we observe that curriculum of textbooks in our country are not suitable to this result. In the end of research, it was emphasized that phrases must be given more importance in the language acquisition and this shortcoming should be overcome. Moreover, concrete suggestions were put forward about what to must be put stres to improve cultural competence at students. | en_US |
