Özet
Ortaçağ diye tanımlanan zaman dilimi içerisinde en derin etkiler bırakmış hadiselerin başında “Haçlı Seferleri” gelmektedir. Çünkü “Haçlı Seferleri” sonrasında dünya toplumları siyasal, sosyal ve inanç alanları ile bilim, kültür ve medeniyet sahalarındaciddi değişikler yaşamışlardır. Böylesine önemli değişikliklere yol açan bir hadisenin tüm yönleri ile ele alınması gerekmektedir. Özellikle “Haçlı Seferleri”nin düzenlenme nedenlerinin tespit edilmesi son derece önem arz etmektedir. Her ne kadar “Haçlı Seferleri”nin düzenlenmesi sadece Batı Hıristiyan Dünyası ile Doğu İslâm Dünyası arasında inanç kaynaklı bir temele oturtulsa da tarihi birçok hakikat bize farklı gerekçelerin de bulunduğunu göstermektedir. Bunların başında Batı Hıristiyan Âlemi’nde yaşanan iç çatışmalar, mezhep farklılıkları, siyasal ve ekonomik çıkar çatışmaları gelmektedir.Biz bu makalemizde, Ortaçağlarda tertip edilen “Haçlı Seferleri”nin şimdiye kadar çok fazla dile getirilmeyen gerçek nedenlerini ortaya koymayı hedefledik. Özellikle Batı Hıristiyan Âlemi’ndeki iç nedenleri tarihi kayıtları ile tespit etmeye çalıştık.
In the Middle Ages, the “Crusades” are the beginning of the events that have left the most profound effects. Because, after the “Crusades”, the world societies experienced serious changes in political, social and belief areas and science, culture and civilization fields. An event that leads to such significant changes needs to be dealt with in all aspects. It is especially important to determine the causes of “Crusades”. Although the arrangement of the "Crusades" is only based on a belief between the Western Christian world and the Eastern Islamic world, many historical facts show us different reasons. At the head of these are internal conflicts, sectarian differences, conflicts of political and economic interests in the Western Christian world. In this article, we aimed to reveal the real causes of the "Crusades" organized in the Middle Ages that have not been mentioned so far. In particular, we tried to identify the internal causes of Western Christianity through historical records.
