Özet
Cumhuriyet öncesi ve sonrası Türk sanatında çağdaşlaşma süreci içerisinde
ilerleyen resim sanatı, belli etki ve etkenlerle şekillenerek günümüze kadar gelmiştir.
Bu süreçte destekler, kültür politikaları, devlet teşvikleri, özel sektör, toplumsal
olaylar gibi etkenler Türk resim sanatının şekillenmesinde önemli rol oynamış,
çağdaşlaşma yolunda katkılar ve ilerleyişinde yavaşlamalara neden görülmektedir.
Bu çalışmada çağdaş Türk resim sanatının 1980 sonrasında kültür politikalarının
ulusal ve uluslararası değer görüntülerinin varılması istenen ve varılan aşamalar
yapılan etkinliklerle incelenmiştir. Çağdaş Türk resim sanatında Türk sanatını
uluslararası sahada kendini gösterebilmesini sağlayan bienaller, 1980 sonrasında
tarihi mekanlar içinde çağdaş çalışmaları sergileyip sanat dünyasına göstermektedir.
1980 içerisinde Türkiye 12 Eylül darbesi gerçekleşmiş, toplumsal yapının tekrardan
planlandığı bir dönem gerçekleşmiştir. Toplumsal yapıda demokratik sistemin
gelişmesini yavaşlatmış, sanatsal ve kültürel ortam uzun bir süre askeri yapının
gölgesinde kalmıştır. Devletin sanata bakışı ve desteği yerini ilgisizliğe bırakmış,
özel sektörün var olmasıyla galeriler, holdingler, vakıflar, bankalar sanatı
desteklemişlerdir.
The art of painting, which progressed in the process of modernization in Turkish art before and after the republic, has been shaped by certain influences and factors until today. In this process, factors such as supports, cultural policies, government incentives, private sector and social events played an important role in shaping the Turkish painting art, contributing to modernization and causing slowdown in its progress. In this study, the national and international values of the cultural policies of contemporary Turkish painting after 1980 have been investigated and the stages that have been desired and reached are examined with the activities performed. Biennials, which enable Turkish art to show itself in the international arena in contemporary Turkish painting art, exhibit contemporary works in historical places after 1980 and show them to the art world. September 12 coup took place in Turkey in 1980, took place as planned from an era of social structure again. It slowed down the development of the democratic system in the social structure, and the artistic and cultural environment remained in the shadow of the military structure for a long time. The state's approach to art and support was replaced by disinterest, and with the existence of the private sector, galleries, holdings, foundations, banks supported art.
