dc.description.abstract12 Mart 1971 muhtırası ile 12 Eylül 1980 darbesi arasında sağ ve sol ideolojik rekabetin gelişimi ve bu rekabetin Türkiye'de nelere mâl olduğunun gösterilmesi amacıyla hazırlanmış olan tez çalışmasında başta dönemi yaşamış olan kişilerin yazmış olduğu hatıratlar olmak üzere dönem ile ilgili inceleme ve araştırma eserleri, dönemin gazeteleri ve yabancı yayınlar kaynak olarak kullanılmıştır. Yapılan araştırma sonucunda dış devletlerin kendi çıkarları doğrultusunda Türk milleti arasındaki ideolojik ayrılıkları desteklediği ve bu destek neticesinde kendi isteklerini Türkiye'de gerçekleştirmek istedikleri gözlemlenmiştir. İdeolojik ayrımların genel olarak dış devletler tarafından desteklendiğinin gözlemlenmesinin yanı sıra siyasetçiler tarafından iktidarlarını devam ettirebilmek amacıyla da desteklendiği de tez çalışması süresince kaynaklardan alınan bilgiler doğrultusunda gözlemlenmiştir. Sürekli olarak figüranlar değişmesine rağmen senaryonun aynı olduğu, cepheleşmenin sürekli olarak bu millete zarar verdiğinin gözlemlenmesi ve bu gözlem neticesinde farkına varılan durumun gözler önüne serilmek istenmesi bu çalışmanın ana amacını teşkil etmektedir. Çalışma, genel olarak 1971-1980 yılları arasındaki ideolojik rekabeti kapsıyor olsa da, bu süre zarfında Türkiye'de gerçekleşmiş olan iç ve dış politik sorunlar ve bu sorunların ekonomik, sosyal ve kültürel sonuçları da araştırma kapsamına dâhil edilmiştir. Çalışma süresince tarihçiliğin objektiflik prensibinden herhangi bir şekilde taviz verilmemiş, gerek sağ gerek sol ideolojik yayınlar ve gerek yerli gerek yabancı yayınlar göz ardı edilmeden çalışmaya prensip çerçevesinde dâhil edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis study, that is written for showing the development of left and right ideologic rivalry and what this rivalry cost in Turkey between the decleration of 12 March 1971 and the strike of 12 September 1980, it is notably used memories of people who lived at that period, research studies related with that period, newspapers of the period and foreign publications as a source. As a result of the research, it is observed that foreign nations support the ideologic separation among the Turks in accordance with their own benefits and want to implement their wishes in Turkey in consequence of this support. In addition to observing the ideological separations which are generally supported by foreign nations, it is observed that these separations are supported by politicians who aims to maintain their power, are observed from the informations taken from the sources during the period of this thesis study. This study aims to show that the scenario is always the same altough characters change constantly and observing the damaging effect of this discrimination against this nation and desires for displaying the situation which is realized in accordance with this observation. Even if this study contains of the ideological rivalry between the years of 1971-1980, it also includes the domestic end external political problems occured in Turkey during this period and the economical, social and cultural results of these problems. It is not made any concessions to the principle of the objectivity of History in any way throughout this study and both "left and right publications" and "domestic and external publications" are included to the thesis within' the frame of principle.en_US
