dc.description.abstractAraştırmanın temel amacı ülkemizde ilkokullarda görev yapan ve BİLSEM (Bilim ve Sanat Merkezi) lere öğrenci yönlendiren öğretmenlerin özel yeteneklilik kavramı ve özel yetenekli öğrencilerin özelliklerine ilişkin bilgi ve algı düzeylerini incelemektir. Araştırmanın evrenini, 2020-2021 eğitim-öğretim yılında Konya ilinde bulunan ilkokullarda görev yapan sınıf öğretmeni, rehber öğretmenler, ilkokullarda görev yapan yöneticiler ve BİLSEM’lerde görev yapan branş öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada model olarak tarama modellerinden Betimsel Tarama Modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen veriler araştırmacı (2021) tarafından geliştirilen “Öğretmen Görüş ve Algılarını Belirleme Anket Formu” ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmada verilerin çözümlenmesinde aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, en düşük ve en yüksek değerler, parametrik testler olan t-testi ve tek faktörlü varyans (One-Way ANOVA) analizi kullanılmıştır. Analiz verileri tablo haline getirilmiş ve yorumlanarak sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmada, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı resmi ve özel okullarda görev yapan öğretmenlerin özel yetenekli öğrencilere yönelik algılarının cevabı “Evet” ‘’Hayır’’ sınırları içerisinde belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulardan hareketle araştırmada yer alan öğretmenlerin özel yeteneklilik kavramı ve özel yetenekli öğrencilerin özelliklerine ilişkin bilgi ve algılarının yeterli seviyede olmadığı, bunun yanında öğretmenlerin özel yetenekli çocuklar hakkında bilgi düzeylerinin daha üst seviyede olması gerektiği belirlenmiştir. Bu eksikliğin özel yetenekli öğrencilerin eğitim sürecini olumsuz etkilememesi için hizmet içi eğitim seminerlerinin düzenlenmesi ve üniversitelerle işbirliği yapılmasına ihtiyaç duyulduğu sonucunu ortaya çıkarmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of the research is to examine the knowledge and perceptions of the teachers working in primary schools in our country and directing students to BILSEM (Science and Art Center) regarding the concept of giftedness and the characteristics of gifted students. The universe of the research consists of classroom teachers working in primary schools in Selcuklu, Meram and Karatay districts of Konya province in the 2020-2021 academic year, guidance teachers, administrators working in primary schools and branch teachers working in BILSEM’s. Descriptive Survey Model, one of the survey models, was used as the model of the research. "Personal Information Form" developed by the researcher was used as a measurement tool in the research. The data obtained from the research were collected with the "Teacher's Opinions and Perceptions Determination Questionnaire Form" developed by the researcher (2021). In the analysis of the data, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, minimum and maximum values, t-test, which are parametric tests, and one-way analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA) were used. Analysis data were tabulated and interpreted to reach the results. In the research, the answer to the perceptions of the school teachers towards the gifted students was determined within the limits of “yes” and “no”. Based on the findings, it was determined that the teachers in the research did not have enough equipment about the education needs of the gifted children and their knowledge levels about the gifted children were determined. determined to be at a higher level. It has been concluded that in order to prevent this deficiency from negatively affecting the education process of gifted students, it is necessary to organize in-service training seminars and to cooperate with universities.en_US
