dc.description.abstractGünümüzde araştırmacıların istatistiksel analizleri yaparken en çok karşılaştıkları problemlerin başında lisanslı programların temin edilmesi yer almaktadır. Ücretsiz istatistiksel bir yazılım olan R programı, birçok disiplinin ortak kullanım ortamını oluşturmaktadır. Literatürde yer alan M tahmin edicilerinin karşılaştırılması, HKO dikkate alınarak yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, M tahmin edicilerinin aykırı gözlemlere karşı dirençli olan ağırlık fonksiyonlarının TOPSIS yöntemi ile karşılaştırılması yapılacaktıren_US
dc.description.abstractAt present, the most common problem among the statistical analysis of researchers is the provision of licensed programs. Therefore, the R program, which is a free statistical software, constitutes the common use environment of many disciplines. The comparison of M estimators in the literature has been made considering the MSE.In this study, the weight functions of M estimators which are resistant to contradictory observations will be compared with TOPSIS method.en_US
