| dc.description.abstract | Önceleri Şafiî mezhebine mensupken sonraları Hanefî mezhebine tabi olan Tahâvî, kendisini nispet ettiği Hanefi mezhebinin imamlarından farklı ictihadlarda bulunan özgün bir âlimdir. Bir giriş ve iki bölümden oluşan bu çalışmanın birinci bölümünde Tahâvî'nin hayatı, ilmî kişiliği, mezhep içindeki konumu ve yaşadığı dönemin siyasî ve ilmî durumu ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise Tahâvî'nin, hakkında ihtilaf olan çeşitli konuları delilleriyle tartışıp sonunda kendisinin daha isabetli gördüğü görüşlerini ortaya koyduğu Şerhu meâni'l-âsâr adlı eseri tetkik edilerek Tahâvî'nin Hanefî mezhebinin imamları olan Ebû Hanife, Ebû Yusuf ve İmam Muhammed'in üçüne birden muhalefet edip aynı konuda farklı bir görüş belirttiği fıkhî görüşleri ele alınmıştır. Böylece Tahâvî'nin meselelerde hangi delillere dayanarak ve hangi bakış açısıyla Hanefî imamlardan ayrıldığı ortaya konulmuştur. Ayrıca Tahâvî'nin söz konusu eserde Hanefî imamlara atfettiği görüşlerin onlara aidiyetinin tespiti için Hanefî mezhebinin muteber kaynaklarından o mesele hakkında imamların görüşleri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | While Tahawi was a member of the Shāfiʿī school at first, he later became a member of the Hanafi sect. Despite this, he is a scholar who is strong enough to make different ijtihads than the three founding imams of the Ḥanafī school to which he is subject. This study consist of two parts. The first part discusses Tahawi's life, scholar role, his position in the creed, and tackling his era's political and scholarly state. The second part discusses Tahâwî's controversial topics with evidences. His work, Sharh Maani al-Asar where he expressed his opinion, was examined. His intellectual standpoint was reviewed over his opposition against Abū Ḥanīfa, Abu Yusuf and Imam Muhammed, who are the imams of Ḥanafī School. Thus, it was revealed on what evidence Tahâwî relies on the issues and from which point of view he thinks differently from Ḥanafī imams. In addition, it was tried to be determined from the reliable sources of the Ḥanafī school whether the views attributed to the Ḥanafī imams in the work of Tahâwî belong to them or not. | en_US |
