| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada Tahâvî'nin Şerhu Meani'l-Asar'ı ile Beyhakî'nin Ma'rifetü's-Sünen isimli eseri mukayese edilmiştir. Şerhu Meâni'l-Âsâr Tahâvî'nin, hadisler arasında gerçekte ihtilaf olmadığını isbat etmeye çalıştığı bir eser olması yanında Hanefî mezhebinin fıkhî görüşlerini hadislerle temellendirmeye çalıştığı önemli bir kaynaktır. Beyhakî, Şafiî'nin görüş ve delillerini bir araya getirmek için Ma'rifetü's-Sünen'i telif etmiş, bu eserinde Tahâvî'ye birçok konuda itirazlarda bulunmuştur. Ma'rifetü's-Sünen bu yönüyle Şerhu Meâni'l-Âsâr'a bir reddiye niteliği taşımaktadır. Tahâvî ve Beyhakî'nin söz konusu eserlerini ele aldığımız bu çalışma giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Girişte çalışmanın önemi, metodu ve kaynaklarından bahsedilmiş ardından kısaca Tahâvî ve Beyhakî'nin hayat ve eserlerine yer verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde tezin konusunu teşkil eden iki eser ele alınmıştır. Eserler, telif amacı, telif metodu ve kendisinden sonrakilere etkileri gibi konular açısından tahlil edilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, Beyhakî'nin eserinde Tahâvî'ye yöneltmiş olduğu tenkitler tasvirî bir anlatımla zikredilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise söz konusu tenkid konularından altı tanesi, müelliflerden önce ve sonra yaşamış olan âlimlerin konuya ilişkin görüşleri de göz önünde bulundurulmak suretiyle mukayese edilmiş detaylı bir şekilde tahlil edilmeye çalışılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, Tahawi's work Sharh Maani al-Asar and Bayhaqî's work Ma'rifat al-Sunan were compared. In Sharh Maani al-Asar, Tahâwî tried to prove that there is no actual conflict between hadiths. It is also an important resource that attempts to base Hanafi views on hadiths. Bayhaqî has authored Ma'rifat al-Sunan in order to bring together the views and arguments of the Shafiî school of law. In this work he has made many objections to Tahawi. Ma'rifat al-Sunan thus carries a rejection character to Sharh Maani al-Asar. This study that deals with the works of Tahawi and Beyhakî is composed of three parts. The introduction contains the importance, methods and sources of the study. Then the life and works of Tahawi and Bayhaqî are briefly mentioned. In the first part, the two works constituting the subject of the thesis are discussed. The works have been analyzed in terms of purpose, method and their effects on later scholarship. In the second part, the criticisms that Bayhaqî directed towords Tahawi are mentioned with a descriptive narrative. In the third chapter, six of the topics that are subject to dispute were analyzed in detail in comparison with the opinions of the scholars who lived before and after the authors. | en_US |
