dc.description.abstractAraştırma, birleştirilmiş sınıfta görev yapan sınıf öğretmenlerinin tükenmişlik düzeyi ile yaşam doyumlarının cinsiyet, mesleki kıdem, memleket olma ve olmama durumu, tükenmişlik düzeyi ve yaşam doyumu arasında anlamlı bir farklılık olup olmadığını incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Ayrıca birleştirilmiş sınıf öğretmenlerinin bu okullardaki görevlerinin yaşamlarına (sosyal-kültürel, aile, ekonomi) etkileri görüşleriyle belirlenmiştir. Araştırma, 2012–2013 eğitim-öğretim yılında Türkiye' de Birleştirilmiş sınıflı okullarda çalışan sınıf öğretmenleriyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini Batman ili ve çevre illerde birleştirilmiş sınıflarda görev yapan sınıf öğretmenleri oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada karma yöntem kullanılmıştır. Verilerin nicel boyutuna ilişkin analizi tarama modeli ile nitel boyutuna ilişkin analizi ise temel nitel araştırma deseni ile yapılmıştır. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin tükenmişlik düzeyi "Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği" ile yaşam doyumları düzeyi ise "Yaşam Doyum Ölçeği" kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırmada toplanan verilerin analizlerinden elde edilen bulgular incelendiğinde birleştirilmiş sınıflarda görev yapan sınıf öğretmenlerinin duygusal tükenmişlik ve duyarsızlaşma alt boyutlarında tükenmişlik düzeylerinin düşük kişisel başarı boyutunda ise yüksek olduğu görülmektedir. Birleştirilmiş sınıf öğretmenlerinin yaşam doyumlarının düzeyi yüksektir. Ülkemizde birleştirilmiş sınıf gerçeğini kabul edip, eğitim kurumlarının ve çevresel faktörlerin iyileştirilmesi, sınıf öğretmenlerimize motive edici, kültürel ve sosyal yaşamlarını destekleyici çalışmaların yapılması gerektiği belirlenmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study was to investigate whether there is a significant difference between the burnout level and life satisfaction of the classroom teachers working in the unified classroom, gender, professional seniority, being in and out of the country, burnout level and life satisfaction. In addition, the effects of the combined classroom teachers' duties on their lives (social-cultural, family, economy) were determined by their opinions. Research, 2012-2013 academic year in Turkey was carried out with the combined working-class teachers in schools. The sample of the study consisted of classroom teachers working in unified classrooms in Batman and neighboring provinces. Mixed method was used in the research. The quantitative analysis of the data was carried out using the screening model and the qualitative analysis of the data was conducted using the basic qualitative research design. The burnout level of the classroom teachers was determined using the "Maslach Burnout Scale" and the level of life satisfaction was determined using the "Life Satisfaction Scale". When the findings obtained from the analysis of the data collected in the study are examined, it is seen that the emotional burnout and depersonalization sub-dimensions of the classroom teachers working in the combined classes are low and the level of personal achievement is low. The level of life satisfaction of the combined classroom teachers is high. In our country, it has been determined that accepting the unified class reality, improving educational institutions and environmental factors, motivating our class teachers and supporting their cultural and social life.en_US
