| dc.description.abstract | İnsanoğlu dünyaya geldiği andan itibâren temel ihtiyaçlarını karşılarken öte yandan ruhunun ihtiyacı olan sanat ile uğraşmaya başlamıştır. Dünyadaki bütün insan toplulukları, kavimler, milletler, devletler sanatın herhangi bir şubesiyle uğraşmış ve sanatçıyı desteklemiştir. Bu ilgi de sanatın gelişmesini ve sanatçının yetişmesini sağlamıştır. Yöneticilerin sanatçılarla yakın ilişki kurduğu bir gerçektir. Avrupa'da birçok yönetici bizzât sanatçıyı desteklemiş ve onun önünü açacak çalışmalar yapmıştır. Başta Michelangelo, Shakespeare, Mozart, Bach gibi sanatkârlar yönetici konumdaki ailelerin himâyesinde mesleklerini icrâ etmişlerdir. Hâmîlerin destekleri Osmanlı devleti'nde de sanatçıların gelişmesine, eğitimlerine katkı sağlamıştır. Hâmîden aldığı câize ile hem geçimini sağlamış hem de 'marifet iltifâta tabidir.' anlayışınca manevî olarak ödül alan sanatçı yeni anlayış, yeni duyuş ve yeni form arayışına girmiştir. Divân şâirinin yetişmesinde önemli olan unsurlardan biri de, daha çok âşık edebiyatında gelenek hâlini almış 'usta-çırak' ilişkisidir. Genç şâirler, usta şâirlerden eğitim alarak kendi özgün şiir anlayışlarını ortaya koymaktadırlar. Divân şâirini, şiir alanında geliştiren uygulamalardan biri de 'nazîre' yazma geleneğidir. Nazîre, şâirlerin âdetâ uygulama dersidir. Bu gelenek, şâirin kendisine usta bir şâir seçerek onun şiiri üzerinde çalışmalar yaparak kendisini geliştirmesine katkı sağlamaktadır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | From the moment the human being was born, while they were meeting their basic needs, they started to deal with the art that their spirit need. All human communities in the world, tribes, nations, states dealed with any branch of art and supported the artist. This interest let the development of art and growing up the artist. It is a fact that the directors have a close relationship with the artists. Many managers in Europe personally supported the artist and did some works to pave his/her way. Mainly the artist like Michelangelo, Shakespeare, Mozart, Bach pursued their arts under the care of executive families. The supports of tutelars contributed the develop ment of artist and their educations in the Ottoman Empire, too. With the reward, recieved from the tutelar, they both lived off and the artist having a moral reward by the understanding of 'skill is liable to the compliment.' was in a search of new understanding, new perception and new shape. One of the important points in the development of a Ottoman poet is master and apprentice relationship which is mostly traditionalized in minstrel literature. Young poets reveal their own sense of poetry by taking education from their master poets. One of the implementations that developed the Ottoman poets in poetry is also the tradition of writing paralel, called nazîre. Nazîre is almost a practice lesson for the poets. This tradition contributes to the poets to develop themselves by choosing a master poet and studying on his poetry. | en_US |
