Özet
Muhataba göre açık ve kusursuz bir şekilde söz söyleme kurallarını inceleyen belâgat, "meânî, beyân ve bedîʽ" olmak üzere üçe ayrılır. Kelamın lafız ve manalarının güzelleştirme yollarına ait bilgileri inceleyen Bedî' ilmi, manevi güzelleştirici sanatlar ve lafzi güzelleştirici sanatlar olarak ikiye ayrılır. Mana ile ilgili güzelleştirici sanatlardan birisi i'tilâf sanatıdır. İ'tilâf sanatı lafzın mana ile uyumunu, lafzın lafızla uyumunu ve mananın mana ile uyumunu inceleyen bir bedî' sanatıdır. Cezâlet ve rikkat ise lafız mana uyumu ile ilgili önemli iki terimdir. Bu çalışma giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde belagat, belagat tarihi ve kısımları hakkında genel bilgi verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde cezâlet ve rikkat terimlerinin sözlük ve terim anlamları incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde cezâlet ve rikkat ile ilgili olarak örnek verilen ayetler incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde cezâlet ve rikkat ile ilgili olarak örnek verilen şiir beyitleri incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak cezâlet kelimesinin terim olarak zayıf olmayan güçlü söz veya yumuşak olmayan sert söz anlamlarına geldiği, rikkatin ise akıcı, tatlı ve kolay söz anlamlarına geldiği tespit edilmiştir.
Rhetoric, which examines the rules of speaking clearly and flawlessly according to the addressee, is divided into three: "meaning, expression and embellishment". The science of Bedî', which examines the ways of beautifying the words and meanings of speech, is divided into two as spiritual beautifying arts and verbal beautifying arts. One of the beautifying arts related to meaning is the art of harmony. The art of harmony is a bedî' art that examines the harmony of the word with meaning, the harmony of the word with words and the harmony of meaning with meaning. al-jazâlah and al-riqqah are two important terms related to word-meaning harmony. This study consists of an introduction and three sections. In the introduction section, general information is provided about eloquence, the history of eloquence, and its components. In the first section, the dictionary and terminological meanings of the terms al-jazâlah and al-riqqah are examined. In the second section, verses that provide examples related to al-jazâlah and al-riqqah are analyzed. In the third section, poetic couplets that provide examples related to al-jazâlah and al-riqqah are examined. As a result, it has been determined that the term al-jazâlah conveys the meanings of strong and not weak words in terminological sense, while riqqah signifies flowing, sweet, and easy words."
