dc.description.abstractİslam dininin inanç, ibadet ve ahlak esasları ile ilgili işleri yürütmek, din konusunda toplumu aydınlatmak ve ibadet yerlerini yönetmek, Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı'nın asli görevidir. Başkanlığımızın toplumu din konusunda aydınlatma görevi kapsamında şüphesiz hutbe hizmetleri önemli bir yere sahiptir. Zira hutbe, cemaatin tamamının hazır bulunduğu, dikkatle takip edilen ve dinleyenler üzerinde önemli izler bırakabilecek bir etkinliktir. Bu etkinliğe ülkemizde her cuma yaklaşık yirmi milyon insanın katıldığı tahmin edilmektedir. Bu sayı, bayram hutbelerinde daha da artmaktadır. Hitabetin önemli bir çeşidi olan hutbe, Hz. Peygamber döneminden itibaren insanları dini konularda bilgilendirmenin, toplumu ilgilendiren olaylar ve gelişmelerden haberdar etmenin yaygın bir bölümünü teşkil etmiştir. Bu çalışmada Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı’nın 1980-1990 yılları arasındaki Cuma hutbeleri ve hutbelerde îrâd edilen hadisler kaynak değeri ve sıhhat açısından incelenmiştir. Çalışma giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde araştırmanın konusu ve önemi, amacı ve kapsamı, araştırmanın metod ve kaynakları ve kavramsal çerçeve incelenmiştir. Birinci bölümde hutbe ve tarihi süreci, Hz Peygamber’in hutbelerinin genel özelliği, Raşid Halifeler Dönemi ve Sonraki dönemlerde zikredilen hutbeler ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise 1980 ve 1990 yılları arasında Cuma hutbelerinde nakledilen hadisler, gösterilen kaynaklardan hareketle metinlerine ulaşılarak tercemeleriyle birlikte kayıt altına alınmış, tercemenin hemen altına “Tahriç ve Sıhhat Durumu” başlığı altında hadisin sıhhat durumuna dair bilgiler verilmiştiren_US
dc.description.abstractIt is the primary mission of the Turkish Presidency of Religious Affairs to carry out works related to the principles of faith, worship and morality of Islam; to enlighten the society and manage the places of worship. Regarding the mission of Presidency in terms of enlightening the society on religion, khutba and sermon services have undoubtedly an important place. Because the khutba is an event in which the whole community is present, follow the sermon carefully and may leave important impressive traces on the audience. It is estimated that approximately twenty million people attend this event in our country every Friday. This number seems to increase even more in bairam khutbas. Since the time of the Prophet, a khutba, which is a significant form of oratory sermon, has taken a common role of notifying people about religious issues and informing them about the events and developments concerning the society. In this study, Friday khutbas of the Presidency of Religious Affairs between the years 1980-1990 and the hadiths propounded during the sermons have been examined in terms of source value and validity. The study consists of an introduction and two other chapters. In the introduction section, we have investigated the relevant topic, importance of the research, its aim and scope, the method and sources of the study as well as the the conceptual framework. In the first chapter, we have discussed the phenomenon of khutba and its historical process, the general characteristics of the khutbas of the Prophet, the khutbas realized in the Rashid Caliphs Period and the following periods. In the second chapter, the hadiths, reported in the Friday sermons between 1980 and 1990, have been recorded with their translations by accessing their original texts from the sources referred; and data about the validity status of the hadith have been provided with the title of “Removal and Validity Status” just below the translation.en_US
