dc.description.abstractAydınlanma sonrası Batı’da felsefe, bilim ve teknik alanında ortaya çıkan gelişmeler, tüm dünyayı etkilediği gibi Osmanlı Devleti’ni de etkilemiştir. Batı etkisi özellikle Tanzimat Fermanı’nın ilan edilmesiyle daha farklı bir boyuta ulaşmıştır. Hukuktan eğitime pek çok alanda olduğu gibi felsefi faaliyetlerde de bu etki kendini göstermiştir. Bu dönemde Avrupa ülkelerine giden Osmanlı devlet adamları ve öğrenciler, Batı’da hâkim olan felsefe anlayışını devletin sınırları içerisine taşımışlardır. Batı felsefesi; matbaanın gelmesiyle başlayan neşir faaliyetleri, Avrupa’daki üniversitelerin denemesi sayılabilecek Dârülfünunda felsefe derslerinin verilmesi ve çeşitli dergilerde farklı felsefe akımlarına dair çevirilerin yapılması gibi etkinliklerle görünür hale gelmiştir. Felsefedeki bu değişim, Cumhuriyet Dönemi’nde de aynı çizgide katlanarak devam etmiştir. Halil Nimetullah Öztürk yaşanan bu değişim sürecini görmüş, etkilerini yaşamış ve felsefi dönüşüme katkı sağlamış bir isimdir. Bu çalışmada Öztürk’ün “Osmanlı’dan Cumhuriyet’e Geçişte Felsefe Görüşü” ana başlığı altında düşünceleri ele alınacak, bir örneklem olarak onun üzerinden döneme dair bir bakış açısı oluşturulacaktır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe developments in philosophy, science and technique in the West post- enlightenment affected the Ottoman Empire as well as the whole world. Western influence in the Empire reached a different dimension especially with the proclamation of the Tanzimat Edict. This effect has manifested itself in many fields from law to education, as well as in philosophical activities. During this period, Ottoman statesmen and students who went to European countries carried the understanding of philosophy that prevailed in the West into the borders of the empire. Western philosophy, became visible with the publishing activities that started with the arrival of the printing house, activities such as giving philosophy lectures in Darulfunun, which can be regarded as an experiment in universities in Europe, and making translations of different philosophical trends in various journals. This change in philosophy continued exponentially in the Republic Period as well. Halil Nimetullah Ozturk is one of the philosophers who saw this process of change, experienced its effects and contributed to the philosophical transformation. In this study, Ozturk's thoughts will be discussed under the main title of "Philosophy View in the Transition from the Ottoman Empire to the Republic", and a perspective on the period will be created through him as a sample.en_US
