Özet
Elektrofizyolojik incelemeler genel olarak sinir ve kas hücrelerindeki elektrik yüklerinin hücrede dağılma prensiplerine ve bu hücrelerin farklı koşullardaki davranış biçimlerindeki değişiklikler değerlendirilerek yapılır. Oküler elektrofizyolojide en yaygın kullanılan yöntemlere ağırlık verilerek hazırlanmış olan bu makalede, oküler elektrofizyolojideki temel incelemelerin prensipleri ve elektrodiagnostik birimimizde incelenen hastalardan elde edilen bazı örnekler tartışılmıştır.
Electrophysiological examinations in general are made based upon the principles of distribution of electric charges in nerve and muscle cells and the changes in their behaviour in different conditions. Emphasizing on the most widely used tests in ocular electrophysiology in this article, the principles of basic investigations in ocular electrophysiology and some examples obtained from the patients examined in our electrodiagnostic unit are discussed.
