dc.description.abstractBu çalışma, Türk Sosyoloji tarihinde önemli bir yeri olan "Nurettin Şazi Kösemihal" in sosyolojik görüş ve fikirlerini ortaya koyma adına yapılmış biyografik-bibliyografik bir çalışmadır. 1940-1970 dönemleri arasında değerli çalışmalar ortaya koyan dönemin sosyolojik anlayışında hakim olan Durkheim ekolüne eleştiride bulunarak; "Durkheim Sosyolojisi Üzerine Kritik Bir Deneme" isimli tezi ile İÜ Edebiyat Fakültesi Sosyoloji Kürsüsünde doçent olarak akademi de yerini alan Kösemihal, Türk Sosyolojisine Gurvitch ve Moreno gibi önemli isimlerin yöntemlerini ve çalışmalarını kazandırmıştır. Kendisi de bu isimlerin görüşlerinden etkilenerek çalışmalar ortaya koymuştur. Tezde, Türk Sosyolojisinin tarihsel gelişim sürecine kısa bir şekilde değinerek asıl olarak tezin konusu olan Kösemihal'in Türk Sosyoloji dünyasına kazandırdıkları, düşünce hayatı, toplumu ele alış şeklinde kullandığı yöntem ve görüşler ele alınmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis thesis is a biographical-bibliographic study conducted to reveal the sociological views and ideas of "Nurettin Şazi Kösemihal", which has an important place in Turkish Sociology history. Kösemihal, who put forward valuable works between the periods of 1940-1970, criticized the Durkheim school, which was dominant in the sociological understanding of the period; With his thesis titled "A Critical Essay on Durkheim Sociology", he took his place in the academy as an associate professor at the Department of Sociology at the Faculty of Letters. He has brought the methods and studies of important names such as Gurvitch and Moreno to Turkish Sociology. He was also influenced by the opinions of these names and put forward studies. By briefly mentioning the historical development process of Turkish Sociology, the methods and views that Kösemihal brought to the Turkish sociology world and used in the way of dealing with the life of thought and society are mainly discussed in this thesis.en_US
