| dc.description.abstract | Gelişmiş ülkelerde fleksör tendon yaralanmalarında çoğunlukla iş kazaları ilk sırayı alırken, gelişmekte olan ülkelerde ilk sırayı cam kesileri almaktadır. El yaralanmalarının tamamında fleksör tendon yaralanmaları 20 ve 44 yaşları arasında görülmektedir ve birçoğunda yumuşak doku yaralanmalarıyla beraberlik göstermektedir. Kullanılan onarım tekniği, yaralanmanın niteliği, uygulanan rehabilitasyon programı onarımın başarısını etkiler. Sütur materyalinin yaralanma zonundaki hacmi ve oluşturduğu yabancı cisim reaksiyonu, tendonda sıyrılma ve süturde ayrışma durumu, tendon kılıfının tamir edilmesi, iyileşmeyi etkileyen teknik etkenlerdir. Postoperatif süreçte erken rehabilitasyon, onarım başarısında oldukça önemlidir. Aktif interfalangial eklem fleksiyonuna sıklıkla 3. haftanın sonunda başlanır. Direnç gerektiren egzersizlere, 8. haftanın ardından geçilir. 12. haftaya kadar direnç gerektiren egzersizlerin devamı, elin normal olarak kullanılması için gereklidir. Yaptığımız literatür taramasında tendon iyileşmesi üzerine mezenkimal kök hücre ve prp kombinasyonunun etkisi ile ilgili bir çalışmaya rastlamadık. Çalışmamızda rat aşil tendonu iyileşmesinde cerrahi onarım sonrası plateletten zengin plazma, mezenkimal kök hücre, mezenkimal kök hücre ve plateletten zengin plazma kombinasyonunun tendon iyileşmesi üzerine etkileri araştırılacaktır. Çalışmanın sonucunda postoperatif dönemde tendon iyileşmesinde pozitif ve hızlı iyileşme olması durumunda rehabilitasyona erken dönemde başlanması hedeflenmektedir. Böylece postoperatif dönemde özellikle fleksör tendonlarda sık karşılaşılan tendon yapışıklığının azaltılması, hastaların aktif yaşamlarına daha erken dönmesi amaçlanmaktadır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In developed countries, most of the job injuries in flexor tendon injuries take the first order while in developing countries the first order is glass cuts. In all of the hand injuries, flexor tendon injuries are seen between the ages of 20 and 44 and most of them are associated with soft tissue injuries. The technique of repair used, the nature of the injury, the rehabilitation program applied affects the success of the repair. The volume of the suture material in the injury zone and the foreign body reaction it produces, the tendon shearing and separation in the suture, the tendon sheath repair, are the technical factors affecting healing. In the postoperative period, early rehabilitation is very important for repair success. Active interphalangial joint flexion is often initiated at the end of the 3rd week. The exercises which require resistance are initiated after 8 weeks. The continuation of the exercises requiring resistance until the 12th week is necessary for normal use of the hand. We did not find a study of the effect of the combination of mesenchymal stem cells and PRP on tendon healing in our literature review. In our study, the effects of platelet rich plasma, mesenchymal stem cell, mesenchymal stem cell and platelet rich plasma combination on tendon healing after surgical repair will be investigated in the recovery of the rat achilles tendon. As a result of the study, it is aimed to start rehabilitation in the early period in case of positive and rapid healing of tendon healing in the postoperative period. Thus, it is aimed to decrease the tendon adhesion which is frequently seen in the flexor tendons in the postoperative period and to return to the active life of the patients earlier. | en_US |
