| dc.description.abstract | İslam dini insan hayatının tüm alanıyla ilgili temel kuralları belirleyen, insanın hem dünya hayatını hem de ahiret hayatını şekillendiren ve ıslah eden bir dindir. Dinin yüklendiği bu görevi yerine getiren sistem de Allah (c.c) ile kullar arasında elçi makamında olan ayrıca insanların dini yaşamasında yardımcı ve rehber olan nübüvvet makamıdır. Bu görev Hz. Peygamber (s.a.s) zamanında O'nun sevk ve idaresi ile gerçekleşmekteydi. Hz. Peygamber'in (s.a.s) vefatından sonra bu görevi sevk ve idare edecek bir sistemin gerekliliği ortaya çıktı. Bu sistem tarih boyunca hilafet/imamet/saltanat/başkanlık kavramları ile isimlendirilmiştir. Bu gereklilikten hareketle bu sistemin temsilcisinin kim olacağı, kime emanet edileceği, nasıl belirleneceği gibi konularda tezahür etmeye başladı. İslam âlimlerimiz bu makamın devamlılığının Ümmetin ıslahı ve sürekliliği açısından zorunlu bir makam olarak dile getirdiler. Cemaat-i İslami kurucularından Ebu'l-A'lâ el-Mevdûdȋ de İmametin niyabeten olduğu, bu görevin Allah (c.c) tarafından insanlığa gönderilen bir emanet olduğu ve İslam devletinin sürekliliği için boşluk kabul etmeyen bir sistem olduğu görüşündedir. Ayrıca Ahzab Suresi 72. Ayet-i kerimede arz edilen emanetin, Hilafet/İmamet olduğu görüşünü ileri sürmüştür. Çünkü din insan merkezli indirilmiştir. İnsanın ve yaşadığı toplumun ihyası ve inşası noktasında hareket noktasını belirler. İnsan, Allah'ın (c.c) verdiği bu emaneti devam ettirmesi hem aldığı sorumluluğu yerine getirmesi hem de kendi ıslahı ve yaşamı noktasında önem arz etmektedir. Toplumun ihyası ya da fesadı da aynı şekilde bu sistemin oluşması ve çalışması ile bağlantılıdır. İmamet makamının gerekliliği noktasında ise cumhur fikri olmakla birlikte hem insan ve toplum için hem de insan ve devlet için bu gerekliliğin önemi tarih boyunca süre gelmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | İslam is a religion that determines the basic rules related to the whole field of human life and shapes and corrects both the world and the after. The system that fulfills this duty of religion is the prophetic authority between Allah (c.c) and His servants, who also serves as a guide and guide fort he religious life of the people. This task ın the time of the Hz. Prophet (s.a.s) was carried out by his direction and administration. After death the Hz.Peygamber (s.a.s), the necessity of a system to direct and manage this task emerged. This system has been named with the concepts of caliphate/ imamate/ sultanate/ presidency throughout history. Starting from this necessity, it started to manifest on the subjects such as who the representative of this system will be, whom will be entrusted, how to be determined. Our Islamic scholars have expressed the continuity of this authority as a mandatory authority in terms of the improvement and continuity of the Ummah. One of the founders of the Jamaat-i Islami Ebu'l- A'la el-Mawdudi, also considers that imamah is a deliberate duty, that this duty is a trust that is sent to humanity Hz. Allah (c.c) and that it is a system taht does not accept gaps for the continuity of the Islamic state. He also argued that the custody offered in the verse 72 of Surat al-Ahzab was the Caliphate/Imamate. Because religion is human centered.
