dc.description.abstractOsmanlı Devleti her alanda kurumsallaşmış bir medeniyettir. Bu kurumlardan en önemlilerinden biri de ilmiye teşkilatıdır. İslam eğitim-öğretim geleneğinin özgün kurumlarından biri olan medreseler, orta ve yüksek öğretim kurumları olarak faaliyet göstermiştir. Medreseler mahiyet itibariyle Selçuklu döneminin birikimini büyük ölçüde devam ettirmişlerdir. Çalışmamızın amacı, Osmanlı kurumsal yapısı içerisinde, devletin kuruluşundan Cumhuriyet dönemine kadar büyük bir öneme sahip olan medreseleri, ortaya çıkış süreci ve tarihsel gelişimi ile birlikte, değişimi ve işlevini kaybetmesi; bu süreçte akli ilimlerden olan felsefenin medreselerdeki yeri ile devlet ve toplumsal yapı için önemini ortaya koymaktır. Bu çalışmada devletin kuruluşundan 19. yüzyıla kadar geçen sürede yapılan felsefi çalışmalar ele alınmıştır. Bu dönem içinde felsefeye bakışın nedenleri ve felsefe alanında fikri çalışmalar yapmış alimlerin durumu incelenmiştir. Devletin genel olarak akli ilimlere, özel olarak ise felsefeye bakışı ele alınmıştır. Özellikle 16. yüzyıldan sonra, felsefenin ders programlarında çıkarılması ve kelam ile tasavvuf içerisine dahil edilmesi, bu çalışmamızda kelam ve tasavvufun da ele alınmasına neden olmuştur. Felsefenin ders programlarından çıkarılması ile birlikte devletin gerileme sürecine girmesi aynı döneme denk gelmektedir. Bu durum felsefenin toplum için önemini ortaya koymak ve devletin diğer birimleriyle felsefenin ilişkisini tespit etmek açısından dikkat çekicidir.en_US
dc.description.abstractOttoman Empire is an institutionalized state in all areas. One of the most important institutions of them is education organization. Madrasahs, that is one of the original instution of islamic education,were the secondary and high education institutions. Madrasahs were like a follow-up madrasa education of the Seljuk Period. Madrasahs had a big importance from the formation of the state until the Repuclic Period. The aim of our serach is to show the formation process and historical improvement of madrasahs besides to show the losing of their importance in organization structure in the Ottoman State. In this search there are philosophical studies that are done from the formation of the empire to the 19. Century. The reasons of the philosophical views and the status of scientists, who did philosophical studies during this period, were analyzed. In generally the state's view to mental science and in specifically its view to philosophy were analyzed. After the 16. Century philosophy was removed from the cirriculum,and it was included to Kalam and Islamic Mysticism. For this reason we analyzed the Kalam and Mysticism in this study. It is the same period that the removal of philosophy from the cirriculum with the declination of the state. Thus it's remarkable to prove the importance of philosophy for the society and to determine the relation of philosophy with the other units of the state.en_US
