| dc.description.abstract | Protestanlık, XVI. Yüzyılda, Martin Luther'in reform hareketine dayanan, Zwingli ve Calvin gibi Hıristiyan ilahiyatçıların geliştirdiği teolojik ve ahlaki yorumlar ve buna bağlı olarak ortaya çıkan kiliseler ve cemaatler topluluğudur. Katolik kilisesindeki Papa'nın merkeziyetçi otoritesi ve kilise hiyerarşisine karşı çıkan reform öncüleri, dini yönetimde demokratik bir anlayışı savunmuşlardır. Bu anlayışa göre halk, kendi yönetici din adamlarını kendi seçebilirdi. Böylece yeni kurulan Protestan kiliselerinde bu yönetim anlayışı benimsenmiştir. Protestan kilisesini yöneten meclis üyeleri için pastör, ihtiyar, gözetmen, önder, çoban gibi ifadeler kullanılmaktadır. Pastörlerin, Kutsal Kitap'ın öğretisini iyi bilen, insanların güvendiği, takdir ettiği, imanda olgun, kötü davranışlardan uzak durarak insanlara güzel örnek olan kişilerden seçilmesi konusunda titizlik gösterilmektedir. Bu konuda Kutsal Kitap'ın belirlediği ölçüler vardır. Pastörler, kilisede ritüellerin yerine getirilmesi konusunda cemaate öncülük ederken aynı zamanda kilise içinde ve dışında cemaat üyelerinin eğitimine ve ruhsal gelişimine destek olurlar. Kilisenin yönetimiyle ilgili gerekli plan ve programları hazırlarlar. Ayrıca sosyal hizmetlerde de bulunarak topluluğa öncülük ederler. Bir meclis tarafından yönetilen Protestan kiliselerinde kadınlar da meclis ve komisyonlara üye olabilirler ve bazı kiliselerde pastörlük görevinde de bulunabilirler. Sosyal hayatlarında normal insanlar gibi olan pastörler bir işte çalışabilir ve evlenebilirler. Günlük hayatlarında normal kıyafetler giyerken kilisedeki görevleri sırasında bazı kiliselerde ruhani bir kıyafet giyildiği de görülmektedir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Protestantism, XVI. Century, theological and moral interpretations developed by Christian theologians such as Zwingli and Calvin, based on Martin Luther's reform movement, and the resulting ensemble of churches and communities. The centralized authority of the Pope in the Catholic church and the reform pioneers opposing the church hierarchy advocated a democratic understanding of the administration. According to this understanding, the people could choose their own pastors. Thus, this understanding of administration was adopted in newly established Protestant churches. For the members of the council who govern the Protestant church, expressions such as pastor, old man, supervisor, leader and shepherd are used. Careful attention is paid to the selection of pastors from people who know the Bible's teachings well, that people trust, appreciate, mature in faith, and who are exemplary of bad behaviors. There are biblical measures in this regard. Pastors pioneer the congregation in performing the rituals in the church, while at the same time supporting the education of congregation members inside and outside the church. They prepare the necessary plans and programs for the management of the church. They also lead the community by engaging in social services. In Protestant churches run by a parliament, women may also be members of councils and commissions, and may serve as pastors in some churches. | en_US |
