Preoperatif vajinal lavaj ve tek doz antibiyotik profilaksisinin postoperatif enfeksiyon gelişmesi üzerine etkileri

| dc.description.abstract | Çalışmamızda preoperatif vajinal lavaj ve tek doz antibiyotik profilaksisinin histerektomi sonrasında postoperatif enfeksiyöz morbiditeye olan etkileri araştırıldı. Aynca kısa dönem uygulanan antibiyotik profilaksisi ve vajinal povidone - iodine lavajının postoperatif vajinal floraya etkilerinin olup olmadığı değerlendirildi. Çalışmamız benign nedenlerle total abdominal histerektomi ve bilateral salpingo - ooferektomi yapılan 36 hastada gerçekleştirildi. Antibiyotik pro filaksisi alan grubda postoperatif yara enfeksiyonu oranı %0, profilaktik önlem alınmayan hastalarda % 22 olarak tespit edildi. Antibiyotik profilaksisi almayan hastalarda kaf sellüliti oranı %11.1, alan hastalarda % 3.7 olarak bulundu. Postoperatif enfeksiyon komplikasyonlarında antibiyotik profilaksisi ile belirgin azalma gözlendi. Vajinal yıkama yapılmayan ve antibiyotik almayan hasta grubunda post-operatif vajinal florada enterokoklarda artma gözlenmiştir. Vajinal yıkama ve kısa dönem antibiyotik kullanımının postoperatif florayı önemli derecede değiştirmediği bulundu. Antibiyotik profilaksisi alan hastalarda hospitalizasyon süreleri ve ateş indekslerinde azalma tespit edildi. Bu çalışmada postoperatif enfeksiyon komplikasyonlarından korunmada vajinal lavaj ye tek doz antibiyotik profilaksisinin yeterli olduğu sonucuna varıldı. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The efficacy of preoperative vaginal scrap and single-dose antibiotic pro phylaxis on the postoperative infectious morbidity. In our study we evaluate the efficacy of preoperative vaginal scrap and single dose antibiotic prophylaxis on the postoperative infectious morbidity af ter hysterectomy. Also it was appraised that the effectiveness of antibiotic pro phylaxis and vaginal povidone-iodine scrap an the postoperative vaginal flo- ra.We studied on 36 women who were undergoing total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oopherectomy for benign reasons. The op erative-site infection occured in %22 of women whe were not given propylaxis and in %0 of the patients received antibiotic prophylaxis. The cuff sellülitis ob served in %11.1 women who were not given prophylaxis and in %3.7 received anibiotic prophylaxis. The postoperative infectious complications were sig nificantly reduced in the women received prophylaxis. The enterecoccus was commonly found in the postoperative vaginal flora of the patients who were not received vaginal scrap and antibiotic prophylaxis.The vaginal flora and the administration of short term antibiotic prophylaxis did not significantly change the postoperative vaginal flora. The fewer index and the mean hospital stay was reduced in the women received antibiotic prophylaxis. In this study we concluded that the vaginal scrap and single dose antibiotic prophylaxis is enough for the prevention of the postoperative infectious complications. | en_US |
