dc.description.abstractBu tez, son dönem İslam âlimlerinden Ömer Nasûhi Bilmen'in fıkıh ilmine dair yazmış olduğu "Hukûk-ı İslâmiyye ve Istılâhât-ı Fıkhıyye Kamusu" adlı eserinde kullandığı hadislerin sıhhat durumunu tespit etmek ve Bilmen'in hadisçiliğinin anlaşılmasına katkı sağlamak amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Tahrîc çalışması olan tez, giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Tezin Giriş bölümünde konu, amaç ve yöntemden bahsedilmiş, Birinci Bölümde Ömer Nasûhi Bilmen'in hayatı, eserleri ve özellikle tahrîcini yaptığımız eserde geçen hadis ilmiyle ilgili görüşlerine yer verilmiştir. Tezin ikinci bölümünde, eserde geçen 334 adet hadisin tahrîcleri, araştırmanın yönteminde belirtilen tahrîc metotlarına göre yapılmış ve hadislerle ilgili sahih, hasen, zayıf, mevzû gibi verilen hükümler hakkında değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın son kısmında hadislerin sıhhat durumları ile ilgili istatiksel tablolar oluşturulmuş ve tezle ilgili genel bir değerlendirme yapılarak çalışma tamamlanmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis thesis is written to identify validity of the hadiths (sentences asociated to The Prophet Mohammad (peace and blessings be upon him)) in the Ömer Nasûhi Bilmen's book "Hukûk-ı İslâmiyye ve Istılâhât-ı Fıkhıyye Kâmûsu" about islamic law and to make Bilmen's way of work on islamic law more understandable. This thesis is a work on identifying source of hadiths, which is namely takhrij, consists of introduction and two sections. In the first section, Aim and the method of this thesis is explained in detail. After that, Ömer Nasuhi Bilmen's life, works and expecially his comments about the work of hadith sources given in the book we are inspected are also given in the same section. In the second section of this thesis, takhrijs of 334 hadiths of the book are briefly discussed. These takhrijcs are given according to methods of the Hadith Way and evaluation of these hadiths is given with judgements like sahih-certain, hasen-almost certain, zayıf-weak and mevzu-false or fiction. In the last part of second section, statistical tables about confidence judgements of hadiths are constructed. Lastly, a discussion on the thesis is given.en_US
