Özet
Bu çalışma, eski tutuklu ve eski hükümlülerin cezaevindeki gündelik hayat deneyimlerine odaklanmaktadır. Çalışmada eski tutuklu ve eski hükümlülerin suç hikâyelerine, cezaevine uyum sağlama süreçlerine, cezaevi kuralları bünyesinde oluşan rutin uygulamalara, boş vakit etkinliklerine, koğuştaki toplumsal düzene, üretilen taktiklere yer verilmiştir. Çalışmada aynı zamanda cezaevinde annesi ile birlikte kalan çocukların cezaevinde bir gününün nasıl geçtiği, çocuklara yönelik fiziksel koşulların yeterli olup olmadığı, sosyalleşme araç gereçlerine ne ölçüde sahip oldukları ve cezaevinde çocukların en büyük eksikliklerinin neler olduğuna değinilmiştir. Araştırma, derinlemesine mülakat tekniğinden yararlanılarak, bir kadın katılımcı hariç Adana ilinin ilçe ve köylerinde, 11'i kadın, 19'u erkek toplamda 30 eski tutuklu ve eski hükümlü ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Mülakat sonucunda; katılımcıların cezaevlerinde, fiziksel yaşam koşullarına uyum sağlamada belirli bir süre zorluk yaşadıkları görülmüştür. Katılımcıların zamanla cezaevindeki yaşama uyum sağlamaya başladıkları görülmüş, cezaevi kurallarının yanı sıra içeride kendilerine ait bir düzen oluşturdukları anlaşılmıştır. Bu bağlamda boş vakitlerini geliştirdikleri çeşitli oyunlar ile geçirdikleri, yeni taktikler ürettikleri, dil, lakap ve jargon kalıpları kullandıkları keşfedilmiştir.
This study focuses on the prison and daily life experiences of ex-prisoners and afterwards. The research will also include the socio-demographic information of ex convicts, their crime stories, their adaptation to prison, routine cycles within the prison rules, leisure time activities, the social order in the dungeon. Additionally, the tactics produced for their pleasure is mentioned. The attempt of a part of the study understand daily life in prison has led to the idea that cannot be passed without mentioning the lives of the children staying with their mothers. Therefore, it was also mentioned how children who stay in prison with their mothers spend a day in prison, whether the physical conditions for the children are sufficient, what the biggest shortcomings of children in prison. The research, with using the in-depth interview technique, was carried out with a total of 30 ex-prisoners as 11 female and 19 males, in Adana province. Mainly, as a result of the interviews; It was observed that the participants lived in prisons by discovering new experiences as well as the compulsory routine activities of the prison, and in this context, they reinterpreted their daily lives with the interactions and experiences they had outside and in the prison. After releasing, it was observed that the participants had difficulties in adapting to life outside the prison for a certain period of time due to their internalization of life in prison, and they were also stigmatized due to their crimes.
