dc.description.abstractİmam Züfer, İmam-ı Aʽzam Ebû Hanîfe'nin yetiştirdiği en önemli müçtehitlerden ve onunla birlikte Hanefi fıkhını tedvin eden on büyük fakihten biridir. Zamanın önde gelen âlimlerinden temel İslamî ilimleri tahsil ettikten sonra hadis ilminde yoğunlaşan ve bu ilimde önemli bir mesafe alan İmam Züfer, karşılaştığı fıkhî bir meseleden dolayı Ebû Hanîfe'nin ders halkasına katılmış ve kesintisiz yirmi sene ondan fıkıh ilmini öğrenmiştir. Fıkıhtaki ilk ve tek hocası Ebû Hanîfedir. Aklı, zekâsı, fıkhi meseleleri kavrama gücü ve mukayese kabiliyeti ile dikkatleri üzerine çekmiş, kısa zamanda hocasının övgü ve iltifatlarına mazhar olmuş; onun vefatından sonra da ders halkasının başına geçmiştir. Ancak kırk sekiz yaşında yani hocasından sekiz sene sonra çok erken denilebilecek bir yaşta vefat etmiştir. Belki de bu nedenle kendisinden fıkhi görüşlerini ihtiva eden bir eser intikal etmemiş; bu görüşleri Hanefi mezhebinin muhtelif kaynaklarında zikredilmiştir. "İmam Züfer'in Hanefi Mezhebindeki Konumu ve Fıkhi Görüşleri" isimli bu çalışmanın birinci bölümünde İmam Züfer'in hayatı ve Hanefi mezhebindeki konumu ayrıntılı bir şekilde ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise Züfer'in Hanefi mezhebinde diğer üç imamdan yani İmam Ebû Hanîfe, İmam Ebû Yûsuf ve İmam Muhammed'den farklı olarak ortaya koyduğu ve mezhepte yalnız kaldığı içtihatları ve fıkhî görüşleri tespit edilmiştir. Görüşler verilirken özellikle Züfer'in gerekçelerine, nedenlerine, delillerine, usul ve kaidelerine yer verilmiş; mezhepte müftâbih olan veya tercih edilen görüşlerine işaret edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractImam Züfer is one of the gratest interpreters of Islamic Law brought up by Imam al-A'zam Abu Hanifa and along with him one of the ten greatest fiqh scholars of Hanefi madhab. After receiving education in basic Islamic sciences from the leading scholars of his time, Imam Züfer who had focused on the science of hadith and revealed significant mastery; participated in the lectures Imam al-A'zam Abu Hanifa for a matter in fiqh and continued these lectures for twenty years without an interruption. His first and only teacher in fiqh is Imam al-A'zam Abu Hanifa. He drew plublic attention due to his intelligence, logic, comprehension, and comparison abilities, and received the praise and compliments of Imam al-A'zam Abu Hanifa in a short time. When Imam al-A'zam Abu Hanifa passed away, he took over his role and the pulpit. However, Imam Züfer died, at an early age, at the age of forty-eight, eight years after Imam al-A'zam Abu Hanifa had passed away. This is probably the underlying that there is no individual work containing his own views; yet his views are mentioned in various sources of Hanefi madhab. In the first part of the present study entitled "Imam Züfer's Position in the Hanafi Madhab and his Islamic jurisprudence Views" Imam Züfer's life and his position in the Hanafi madhab will be covered in detail. In the second part, the diverging views of İmam Züfer from the other three İmam, namely Imam Abu Hanifa, Imam Abu Yusuf, and Imam Muhammad, and the jurisprudence of him in which he remained unique were determined and presented. While presenting these views of Imam Züfer, these were defined together with the underlying reasons, causes, evidences, procedures, and principles. Moreover, the views of Imam Züfer preferred in the madhab have also been pointed out.en_US
