| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, on birinci asırda yaşamış bir Şafii fakihi ve aynı zamanda dönemin etkili bir siyasi figürü olan, Sünni devlet geleneğinin teorisyenlerinden biri olarak kabul edilen Maverdi’nin, din-devlet ilişkisinin nasıl olması gerektiği konusundaki görüşleri incelenmiştir. İslam tarihinde din devlet ilişkilerinin büyük bir kırılma yaşadığı bu asırda fikir üreten Maverdi, ortaya koyduğu görüşleriyle bu değişimin önüne geçmeye çalışmış, dönemin problemlerine çözüm aramıştır. Yaşadığı dönemde fikirleri pratiğe dökülmemiş olsa da; kendisinden sonra şekillenen devlet geleneklerini etkilemiş, uzun bir süre İslam dünyasında hâkim görüş olarak kabul edilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this paper, a Shafi’i jurist and an influential political figure lived in eleventh century, Mawardi’s thoughts on how the relation of religion and state had to be done, has been examined. Maverdi who is known as one of the theoreticions of the Sünni state tradition. Generated ideas in this century that religion-state relations have lived a big diffraction, Mawardi has searched for solutions to problems of his time, by thoughts he has suggested. With his thought Maverdi has tried to prevent this change. Although his thoughts have not been put into practice, he had impressed the customs of the state which took shape after himself, and became the major view at the İslamic world for a long time. | en_US |
