dc.description.abstractFetva literatürü hicrî IV. yüzyıldan itibaren klasik fıkıh ilmi literatürü içerisinde, ayrı bir tür olarak gelişmiştir. Bu literatür uygulayıcılara, fazla tetkike gerek kalmaksızın işlerini rahatlıkla görme imkanı sunmuştur. Ayrıca fetvalar üzerinde değişik biçimde literatür ortaya çıkmıştır. Evvela devrin ilmi otoriterlerine sorulan fetvalar öğrencilerinin veya resmi memurların gayretleriyle toplanıp çeşitli şekillerde tertip edilerek mecmualar oluşturulmuştur. İslam Hukuku sahasında âlimler tarafından verilen fetvalar, zamanla derlenip "el-Fetava" ismiyle kitap haline getirilmiştir. Bu tür eserlerin İslam hukuku tarihi açısından büyük ehemmiyeti olduğu gibi bunlar, devletin sosyal, siyasi ve ekonomik yönüne ışık tutmaları bakımından tarihi öneme de sahiptir. Bu tür eserlerin bir kısmı matbu olmasına karşın maalesef ekseriyeti yazma halinde kütüphanelerde gün yüzüne çıkmayı beklemektedir. Doktora çalışması olarak planladığımız Ebü'l-Mehâsin'e ait olan el-Gunye fi'l-Fetâvâ da Hicrî VIII. yüzyılda kaleme alınmıştır. Bu eser üzerinde şu ana kadar herhangi bir tahkik çalışması yapılmamıştır. Türkiye'nin değişik yazma eserler kütüphanelerinde 174 ila 304 arasında değişen "el-Gunye fi'l-Fetâvâ" adlı eserin nüshaları mevcuttur. Asıl nüsha ile karşılaştıracağımız nüshaları tespit edebilmek için bu nüshaların tamamını elde etmem gerekiyor. Bu proje Türkiye'nin değişik kütüphanelerinde bulunan konumuzla alakalı yazma eserlerin fotoğraflarının teminini amaçlamaktadır. Eserlerin fotoğraflarının tespit ve temini yaklaşık 1 yıl sürecektir.en_US
dc.description.abstractFatwa literature has been developed as a separate species since sixth hijri century in the science of Islamic Law classical literature in jurisprudence. This literature, provide opportunity for practitioners, to solve their problems without any difficulty. In addition, various forms of fatwas have appeared in the literature. First of leading scholars of the era asked for fatwas or government officials with the efforts of students gathered in various ways by designing magazines were created. The fatwas which given by Scholars in the field of Islamic Law by the time compiled as "al-Fataawa" literature. This type works great importance for the history of Islamic law as well as their state's social, political and historical significance in terms of shedding light on the economic aspect also has. There are different versions of al-Ghonya fi'l-Fatawa in Turkey Republic manuscript libraries ranging in sheets from 174 to 304 and there has not been any work on the al-Ghonya fi'l-Fatawa manuscript until now. In order to determine the original copy and comparison copies we have to procure whole copies of manuscript. This project aims to provide microfilms of manuscripts about our subject that are located in Turkey's various libraries. The identification of works/manuscripts and the obtaining of microfilms will last approximately 1 year.en_US
