Özet
Irak Türkmen Türkçesi, Azerbaycan Türkçesi ağızları içinde
değerlendirilmektedir. Irak Türkmen ağızları aynı çizgide olmasına rağmen
kimi ağız farklılıkları görülmüştür. Bu farklılıkların en önemlisi “ng” sesinin
“v” ve “y”ye değişmesi açısından başlıca iki gruba ayrılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada
“y” grubuna dâhil olan Musul ilinin Reşidiye Türkmen kasabası ağzının şekil
bilgisi araştırılmıştır. Çalışmamız Giriş, İnceleme, Metinler, Sözlük olmak üzere
dört bölümden oluşmaktadır.
Giriş bölümünde Musul Türkmenlerinin ve özellikle Reşidiye Türkmen
kasabası hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Irak Türkmen Türkçesiyle ilgili yapılan
çalışmalar üzerinde durulmuştur. Reşidiye’nin tarihçesi, coğrafyası, bölgenin
kültürel özellikleri, nüfusu, Reşidiye kasabasının adı hakkında ve bu bölgede
yaşayan Türkmen aşiret ve aile adları hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.
İnceleme bölümünde Reşidiye’den derlediğimiz metinlerin şekil bilgisi
incelemesi yer almaktadır. Reşidiye Türkmen ağzının şekil bilgisi özellikleri
ortaya koyulmuştur. Tespit edilen karakteristik özelliklerden hareketle Reşidiye
ağızlarının Irak Türkmen Türkçesi ağızları arasında yeri tespit edilmiştir.
Sözlük bölümü ise Türkiye Türkçesinde kullanılmayan ve fonetik açıdan
tanınmayan kelimelerden oluşur. Kelimelerin Türkçe anlamları alfabetik
olarak verilmiştir. Musul Türkmen Reşidiye ağzı üzerinde şimdiye kadar hiçbir
çalışma yapılmamıştır. Bu Türkmen bölgenin dil özelliklerini ortaya koymak
hedefiyle hazırlanmıştır.
Azerbaijani Turkish dialects assess Iraqi Turkmen Turkish. Despite the fact that Iraqi Turkmen dialects are similar, there are some distinctions. In terms of the transformation of the "ng" sound to "v" and "y," the most significant changes are split into two groups. The morphology of the Reşidiye Türkmen dialect of Mosul province, which belongs to the "y" group, was researched in this study. Our research is divided into four sections: an introduction, a review, texts, and a dictionary. The introduction section contains information about the Turkmen of Mosul, particularly the town of Reşidiye. The importance of Iraqi Turkmen Turkish studies is stressed. The history of Reşidiye, its topography, its cultural traits, its people, the name of the town of Reşidiye, and the names of the Turkmen tribes and families who live in this region were all discussed. A morphological analysis of the texts we compiled from Reşidiye may be found in the analysis section. The morphological characteristics of the Turkmen dialect of Reşidiye have been discovered. The position of Reşidiye dialects among Iraqi Turkmen Turkish dialects has been identified based on the determined distinguishing criteria. The dictionary part contains words that aren't used in Turkish and aren't phonetically recognized. The meanings of the words in Turkish are listed alphabetically. So far, no research has been done on the Mosul Turkmen Rashidiye's mouth. It was written with the intention of displaying the Turkmen region's linguistic characteristics.
