dc.description.abstractOsmanlı Devleti'nin XIX. Yüzyılındaki eğitim öğretim süreçleri ve eğitim sisteminin işleyişine ilişkin sorunlar Cumhuriyet dönemine miras kalmıştır. On dokuzuncu yüzyıl eğitim sisteminin olumlu ve olumsuz yönleri, bu yönlerin halka yansıması günümüz toplum yapısının oluşmasında etkili olmuştur. Bir din görevlisi olan Hacı Veyiszâde Mustafa Kurucu Efendi, Konya ili örneğinde, Osmanlı Türkiye'sinden Cumhuriyet Türkiye'sine geçiş sürecinde eğitim-öğretim ve toplumsal gelişmeleri etkileyen bir şahsiyet olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. İstiklal Harbi ve inkılap hareketleri süreçlerinde, Ankara bürokrasisi ile Konya sakinleri arasında zaman zaman anlaşmazlıklar yaşanmıştır. Konya sakinlerinin inkılap dönemine tepkisi ve inkılaplara karşı geliştirmiş olduğu yaklaşımlar dönemin önemli kanaat önderlerinden birisi olan Hacı Veyiszâde Mustafa Kurucu Efendi'nin çözüm odaklı bakış açısı ile daha kolay aşılabilmiştir. Dini eğitimde medrese eğitiminden İmam Hatip Okullarına geçiş süreci Hacı Veyiszâde Mustafa Kurucu Efendi'nin çalışmaları ve gayreti ile devlet millet çatışması en aza indirgenerek çözülmeye çalışılmıştır. Cumhuriyet devrinin ilk yıllarında eğitim sistemindeki ve eğitim kurumlarındaki yetersizlikler dönemin yöneticilerini ve eğitimcilerini yeni arayışlara yönlendirmiştir. Arayış döneminde toplum tarafından sözü dinlenilen, kanaatlerine önem verilen kanaat önderlerinin varlığı sorunların çözümünü kolaylaştırıcı etkiye sahiptir. Çocuk yaşından itibaren almış olduğu eğitim ile ilim faaliyetlerinin içerisinde bulunan Hacı Veyiszâde Mustafa Kurucu Efendi'nin ilmi kişiliği ve yapmış olduğu çalışmalar, Konya'nın eğitim etkinliklerinde ve sosyal yaşamında büyük oranda etkili olmuştur. "Bir talebenin yetişmesi uğruna bin münafığın kahrına katlanırım" sözüyle, ilme ve ilim talebesine verdiği önemi ifade eden Hacı Veyiszâde Mustafa Kurucu Efendi'nin Konya'nın eğitim hayatında önemli bir yeri olan Konya Anadolu İmam Hatip Lisesi'nin kuruluşunda büyük katkısı olmuştur. Eğitim kurumlarının yanında hastane, fabrika, öğrenci yurdu, hayır kuruluşu ve dernek-vakıf gibi sayısız müessesenin kuruluşunda öncü olan Mustafa Kurucu Efendi'ye Konyalılar derin bir sevgi ve muhabbet beslemişlerdir. Bu sevgi ve muhabbet O'nun adına okul, cami vb. kurumların açılması ile görünür hale gelmiştir. Hacı Veyiszâde Mustafa Kurucu Efendi, Konya kamuoyunca Konya'nın manevi önderleri arasında değerlendirilmektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe education and training processes and the functioning of the education system of Ottoman Empire in the XIX. Century were inherited to the Turkish Republic. The positive and negative aspects of the nineteenth-century educational system, and the reflection of these aspects to the public, have influenced the formation of today's society structure. As an example in Konya province, Hacı Veyiszâde Mustafa Kurucu Efendi, a religious official, emerges as a figure that influences education and social development within the transition to the Republic of Turkey from Ottoman. There have been occasional disputes between the Ankara bureaucracy and the residents of Konya during the processes of the Independence War and the Revolution. Reaction of residents of Konya against the revolution period and their approach to revolutions was more easily overcome with the solution oriented viewpoint of Hacı Veyiszâde Mustafa Kurucu Efendi, one of the important opinion leaders of the period. The process of transition from madrasa education to the Imam Hatip Schools as part of religious education was tried to be achieved by minimizing the conflict between government and people thanks to efforts and diligence of Hacı Veyiszâde Mustafa Kurucu Efendi. In the first years of the Republican era, the inadequacies of the education system and the educational institutions led the administrators and educators of the period to new seeking. In the period of seeking, opinions leaders who are respected and placed importance as of knowledge have positive effect to facilitate the solution of the problems. Scientific personality and works of Hacı Veyiszâde Mustafa Kurucu Efendi, who was involved in the science activities with education since the age of childhood, has been influential in the educational activities and social life of Konya. Hacı Veyiszâde Mustafa Kurucu Efendi who indicates the importance of (religious) science and followers that he gives with expression of "I put up with distress by a hypocrite for the sake of raising a follower" has been a great contributor to the establishment of Konya Anatolian Imam Hatip High School, which is an important place in Konya's educational life. People of Konya has fed a deep love and affection for Mustafa Kurucu Efendi, a pioneer in the establishment of innumerable institutions such as hospitals, factories, student dormitories, charitable foundations and associations-foundations besides educational institutions. This love and affection become apparent by establishing institutions as school, mosque etc. in behalf of him. Hacı Veyiszâde Mustafa Kurucu Efendi is considered among the spiritual leaders of Konya by vox populi of Konya.en_US
