dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, eski çağlardan itibaren bir iskân sahası olarak dikkat çeken ve Osmanlı dönemi idari teşkilatı içinde yer alan Belviran Kazası'nda teşekkül eden dinî, sosyal ve kültürel nitelikli klasik eğitim kurumları tespit edilerek bunların fonksiyonları, faaliyetleri ve Türk eğitim tarihine katkıları hakkında çıkarımda bulunmak amaçlanmıştır. Bu aşamada Osmanlı dönemine ait arşiv belgeleri incelenerek gerekli yerlerde kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca XV. yüzyıl ile XVI. yüzyıllara ait Karaman Vilayeti vakıflarını ihtiva eden tahrir kayıtlarındaki belgelere de yer verilmiştir. Araştırma alanı hakkında Kâtip Çelebi'nin "Cihannüma" adlı eseri ile bölgenin kültürel unsurlarının değerlendirilmesinde önemli bilgiler içermesi nedeniyle Yusuf Küçükdağ'ın "Armutlu" adlı eserinden istifade edilmiştir. Söz konusu belgeler ışığında 70 cami ve mescit, iki mektep, beş medrese, 34 tekke ve zaviye tespit edilerek bunların inşa tarihleri ve banileri, tasavvuf dairesi içinde bölgede etkili olan tarikat cereyanları, vakfiyeleri, vakıflarına ait menkul ve gayrimenkullerden elde edilen gelirleri, tamir ve onarım süreçleri, kadroları ile bunların atama ve azillerinde takip edilen usul, görevde kaldıkları süre, ücretleri ve hizmetlerine ilişkin bilgilere ulaşılmıştır. Vakıf eseri olan bu müesseseler vasıtasıyla toplumsal eğitim merkezli birlik, beraberlik, huzur ve refahın esas alındığı ileri bir medeniyet seviyesine ulaşmak hedeflenmiştir. Elde edilen veriler kaza dâhilinde bulunan örgün ve yaygın eğitim-öğretim kurumları ile ilgili niceliksel ve niteliksel bilgilerin analizinde önem arz etmektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, classical educational institutes were determined, which had religious, social and cultural attributes and were located in Belviran District, where had drawn attention as a residential area since ancient ages and was embodied in administrative organization of Ottoman Period, and making an inference about these institutes' functions, activities and contributions to Turkish education history was targeted. At this stage, archive documents belonging to Ottoman Period were scoped and they were utilized where necessary. Besides documents of cadastral records containing foundations in Karaman Province and corresponding to XV. century and XVI. century were also included. Katip Chelebi's work entitled "Cihannüma" and Yusuf Kucukdag's work entitled "Armutlu" -due to its containing remarkable information for evaluating region's cultural elements- were benefited regarding to the research area. In the light of aforementioned documents 70 mosques and small mosques, two maktabs, five madrasas, 34 tekkes and zawiyas were ascertained and information about their erection dates and founders, tariqa tendencies influential in the region within the scope of sufism, endowments, incomes earned through movable and immovable properties of their foundations, repair and renewing processes, their staff and the procedure implemented to appoint, dismiss this staff, their duty terms, wages and services was reached. Achievement of a high civilization level predicating upon public education-centered unity, solidarity, peace and welfare was aimed by means of these institutions that were foundation works. Acquired data are of importance for analyzing quantitative and qualitative information related to formal and nonformal education-training institutes.en_US
