Özet
İslam tarihinde aydınlanmayı bekleyen pek çok mesele vardır. Kanaatimizce bu
meselelerden biri de Abbâsîlerin ilk döneminde yaşanan iktidar mücadeleleri olmuştur. Nitekim
Abbâsî Devleti’nin kuruluş sürecinde ilk olarak mevcut Emevî taraftarlığı yok edilmeye
çalışılmış, Emevî yanlılığının önüne geçilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ümeyyeoğulları soyundan gelen veya
Emevî taraftarları tasfiye edilmiştir. Bu sayede Abbâsî Devleti’nin temelleri atılmıştır. Arap
kültüründe süre gelen Arap asabiyet anlayışı cahiliye döneminden Abbâsîlerin ilk dönemine
kadar etkisini sürdürmüştür. İlk dönem halifelerinin seçiminde ve yapılan siyasi uygulamalarda
bunun izleri görülmektedir. Çalışmada Ebü’l-Abbas döneminden Mu‘tasım dönemine kadar ki
süreçte iktidar ve güç elde etme amacıyla ortaya faaliyetler incelenmiştir. Bu sebeple tezimizin
adı “Abbâsîlerin İlk Döneminde İktidar Mücadeleleri (750-833)” olmuştur. Abbâsîlerin ilk
döneminde siyasi olayların gelişimini anlayabilmek için gücünü artırmak isteyen oluşumlar ele
alınmıştır. Abbâsîlerin ilk döneminde devletin kuruluş sürecinde birçok iktidar heveslisi
kimselerin bakış açılarını ve mücadelelerini inceleme amaçlanmıştır. Kardeşler arasındaki
iktidar elde etme yarışları, devlet içinde etkin bir şekilde gücü hissedilen devlet adamları, ortaya
çıkan isyanlarda büyük bir güç etme yarışının olduğu vurgulanmıştır. Yeri geldiğinde saray
kadınlarının bile iktidara müdahale eder hale geldiğinin üzerinde durulmuştur. Yeni bir
devletin inşası sürecinde ilk dönem halifelerinin bir yandan otorite sağlama çabası yaşarken
diğer yandan çevresindekilerin tesirinde kaldığına işaret edilmiştir. Bu bağlamda çalışma
Abbasîlerin 750-833 yılları arasında yönetimde etkili olan otoritelerin ve güç elde etme amacı
taşıyan faaliyetlerin incelenmesi açısından önemlidir.
There are many issues waiting to be enlightened in the islamic history. In our opinion, one of these issues was the power struggles in the first period of the Abbasids. As a matter of fact, in the establishment process of the Abbasid State, the existing Umayyad supporters were tried to be destroyed first. Those descended from the Umayyeids and supporters of the Umayyads were largely cleansed. In this way, the Abbasids strengthened the foundations of a new state. The understanding of Arab asabiyyah, which continued in Arab culture, continued its influence from the period of ignorance to the first period of the Abbasids. The traces of this can be seen in the election of the first period caliphs and in the political practices. In the period from the period of Abu'l-Abbas (750-754) of the Abbasid State to the period of Mu'tasim (833-842), the struggle for power and some rebellions for the caliphate emerged with the aim of gaining power and power. For this reason, the name of our thesis is "Power Struggles in the First Period of the Abbasids (750-833)" in relation to the historical characters who pursue power and power. It was thought that this issue should be examined in order to understand the development of political events in the first period of the Abbasids. With this study, it is aimed to examine the perspectives and struggles of many power-seeking people during the establishment of the state in the first period of the Abbasids. It has been pointed out that there is a great race for power among the brothers, statesmen whose power is felt effectively within the state, and in the rebellions that have arisen. It was emphasized that even the women of the palace became interfering with the power when appropriate. It has been pointed out that during the construction of a new state, the first period caliphs were under the influence of those around them, while they were trying to establish authority. In this context, the study is important in terms of examining the authorities that were effective in the administration of the Abbasids between the years 750-833 and the activities aimed at gaining power.
