| dc.description.abstract | Filistin eğitim sistemini etkileyen etkenler, çeşitli sebeplerden dolayı zaman zaman değişiklik göstermektedir. Bu nedenlerden siyasi rejim ve eğitim önce gelmektedir. İşgalci İsrail devleti, Filistin’in eğitim ve öğretim süreçlerine yapısal bir engel oluşturduğu ve Filistin toplumunun yaşamının diğer yönleri üzerinde de kötü bir etkiye sahip olmuştur Özellikle, Filistin halkının kültürel, medeni, sosyal ve varlık özelliklerini yok etmeyi amaçlayan bir devlet olmuştur. Bu nedenle Filistin'in tarihini, savaşlarını ve cereyan eden olayları anlamak, tarih boyunca Filistin'de eğitim sisteminde meydana gelen değişimleri ve engelleri anlamak büyük bir öneme sahiptir. Bu çalışmada, Filistin eğitim sistemindeki olayları, gelişmeleri ve değişimleri incelemek ve tarih boyunca eğitim sürecini etkileyen en önemli faktörleri ortaya koymak hedeflenmiştir. İngiliz Mandacılığından (1917) günümüze Filistin eğitim sistemindeki değişme ve gelişmeleri etkileyen faktörler nelerdir? Bu değişme ve gelişmeler Filistin’in amaçlarını ve gereksinimlerini ne ölçüde karşılamaktadır? Sorusuna yanıt aranmıştır. Bu kapsamda değişiklikler ve gelişmelerin, mevcut Filistin eğitiminin hedeflerini ve ihtiyaçların ne ölçüde karşıladığına yer verilmiştir. Bu doğrultuda (doküman incelemesi) tarihi araştırma yöntemi kullanılarak konuyla ilgili belgeler incelenip analiz edilerek veriler toplanmıştır. Gerekli belgeler ve bilgiler Filistin'in Nablus kentindeki Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı ve An-Najah Milli Üniversite Kütüphanesinden toplanmıştır. 1917'deki İngiliz Mandası döneminden 2019 yılına kadar olan belgeler incelenirken, İngiliz Mandası, İsrail işgali ve Filistin yönetiminin eğitime etkisi değerlendirilip bu dönemlerde eğitim alanındaki değişim ve gelişmeleri ele alınmıştır. Eğitim alanında gösterilen büyük çabalar ve son dönemde sağlanan görece istikrar ve gösterilen gelişme isteğine rağmen, bu konuda bazı zayıf yönlerin ele alınması ve onarılması gerekmektedir. Bunlardan en önemlileri, müfredatın oluşturulmasında açık ve tanımlanmış bir felsefenin olmaması, eğitim sürecini ve eğitim sürecinde hakim olan gelenekleri etkileyen siyasi faktör, mevcut güvenilir veri ve istatistiklerin eksikliği, öğretmenlerin kötüleşen koşulları altında öğretmeni iyileştirme, eğitim programlarının ve formasyon eksikliği, emperyalist İngiliz ve İşgalci İsrail devletlerinin Filistin halkını kendi sömürge ve köle etme anlayışına göre izlediği ve yürüttüğü politik, ekonomik, toplumsal süreci destekleyen bir eğitim anlayışının olumsuz etkilerinin varlığı olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The policies and objectives that affected the education system in Palestine varied from time to time depending on the political party to which education was affiliated and its philosophy and goals. . The Israeli occupation, specifically, aimed to annihilate the cultural, civilizational, social, and entity features of the Palestinian people. As a result, it formed structural impediments to the Palestinian educational process and had the worst impact on the educational process and other aspects of Palestinian society's life. Therefore, understanding the history, wars, and events that have taken place in Palestine is essential and important to understand the changes and obstacles that have occurred in the education system in Palestine throughout history. This research provides an important contribution to studying the events, developments, and changes in the Palestinian education system, and presents the most important factors and driving forces that have affected the educational process throughout history. What are the factors affecting the changes and developments in the Palestinian education system from the British Mandate in 1917 to the present time? To what extent do these changes and developments meet the aims and needs of Palestine? The answer to the question has been sought. In this context, the extent to which changes and developments meet the goals and needs of the current Palestinian education is included. In this study, data was collected using the historical method by examining and analyzing documents related to the subject. The necessary documents and information were collected from the Ministry of Education and Higher Education and the National Library of Al-Najah University in Nablus, Palestine. The documents were examined from the period of the British mandate in 1917 to 2019, evaluating the impact of both the British mandate, Israeli occupation, and the Palestinian Authority on education, and studying the changes and developments in the education sector during these stages. Despite the great effort made in the journey of education, the relative stability achieved recently, and the intense desire for development, many weaknesses need to be addressed and tackled. The most important of these is the lack of a clear and defined philosophy in the creation of the curriculum, the political factor that affects the educational process, and the traditions prevailing in the educational process. Further, some of the weaknesses can be illustrated in the lack of reliable data and statistics available, inadequate teacher improvement efforts under the worsening conditions of teachers, and the lack of training programs and formation. Also, it has been revealed that there are negative effects of an educational approach that supports the political, economic, and social process that the imperialist British and the occupying Israeli states follow and carry out according to their understanding of colonizing and enslaving the Palestinian people. | en_US |
