dc.description.abstractBu araştırmanın amacı, öğretmenlerin okul müdürüne güveninin ne anlama geldiğini ve öğretmenlerin okul müdürlerine güven duymasına etki eden faktörleri belirlemektir Araştırma, nitel araştırma desenlerinden fenomonolojik (olgu bilim) desende yürütülmüştür. Veriler mülakat/görüşme tabanına dayanan odak grup görüşmesi tekniği ile toplanmış olup içerik analiziyle çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma 2019-2020 eğitim öğretim döneminde Konya il merkezinde devlet okullarında görev yapan öğretmenlerin maksimum çeşitlilik örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak okul türü (ilkokul, ortaokul, lise), cinsiyet (kadın, erkek), kıdem değişkenleri dikkate alınarak seçilmiş 20 öğretmenin çalışmaya katılımıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda, (1) öğretmenlerinin okul müdürlerine güvenmelerinin; öğretmenlerin okul müdürünün, yeterli, etik davranan ve öğretmene destek davranışı sergileyen kişi olduğu anlamına geldiği ve (2) öğretmenlerin okul müdürlerine güven duymalarını etkileyen faktörlerin aynı şekilde okul müdürünün yeterliği, etik davranışı ve destek davranışı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sonuçlara dayalı olarak; öğretmenlerin güvenini kazanmak isteyen okul müdürlerinin, 1) yeterliklerini geliştirmek, etik davranmak ve öğretmenleri desteklemek için çaba harcamaları gerektiği, bu konuda kendilerini geliştirmek için okul çalışanları ve diğer müdürlerden dönüt alabilecekleri, 2) Hizmet öncesi ve hizmet içi okul müdürü yetiştirme programlarına okul müdürlerinin teknik ve insan ilişkilerine yönelik yeterliklerini geliştirmek için etik ve destek davranışının anlam ve uygulamalarına ilişkin dersler ve uygulamalar konulabileceği ve 3) Öğretmenlerin okul müdürüne güveninin anlamı ve güvenlerini etkileyen faktörlerin nicel olarak araştırılabileceği önerileri yapılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to determine the meaning of teachers 'trust in school principal and the factors that affect teachers' trust in school principals. The research was conducted in a phenomenological (phenomenology) pattern, one of the qualitative research designs. The data were collected using an interview / interview-based focus group technique and analysed with content analysis. The research was carried out with the participation of 20 teachers who were selected considering the variables of school type (primary school, secondary school, high school), gender (female, male) and seniority, using the maximum diversity sampling method of teachers working in public schools in Konya city centre during the 2019-2020 academic year. As a result of the study, teachers' trust in school principals was confirmed as (1) teachers mean that the principal is the person who acts ethically and supports the teacher, and (2) the factors affecting teachers' trust in school principals are the competence of the school principal, ethical behaviour and supportive behaviour. Based on the results; School principals who want to gain the trust of teachers 1) should make efforts to develop their competencies, act ethically and support teachers, they can get feedback from school staff and other principals in order to develop themselves in this regard; 2) It has been suggested that lessons and practices related to the meaning and applications of ethical and supportive behaviour can be put in order to improve teachers' trust in the school principal and 3)The meaning of the trust in the principal and the factors affecting their trust can be investigated quantitatively.en_US
