dc.description.abstractBu araştırma, yapılandırmacı öğretim programına göre ders işleyen ortaokul fen bilimleri öğretmenlerinin zamanı etkili kullanma yeterliliklerine yönelik görüşlerinin değerlendirilmesi üzerine yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2013-2014 Eğitim Öğretim Yılı'nda Çankırı'da Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı tüm devlet ortaokullarındaki 54 fen bilgisi öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada örneklem alma yoluna gidilmeyip "kendini örnekleyen evren" çalışma evreni olarak kabul edilmiştir. Veriler; öğretmenlerin fen bilimleri dersinde zaman yönetimini içeren altı adet açık uçlu soru ile toplanmıştır. Bu sorular, alanında uzman iki öğretim üyesi tarafından hazırlanmış ve ankete eklenmiştir. Araştırma bulgularını tespit etmek için öğretmenlerin açık uçlu sorulara verdikleri cevaplar gruplandırılmış ve yüzde olarak ifade edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda; öğretmenlerin bir ders saatinde (kırk dakika) etkili ve verimli kullandıkları ortalama sürenin 21-30 dakika olduğu, bu sürenin böyle olmasının temel olarak öğrencilerdeki motivasyon eksikliğinden kaynaklandığı, bu süreyi arttırmak için öğretmenler tarafından derslerin ilgi çekici hale getirilip öğrenciyi aktif kılan farklı yöntem ve tekniklerin kullanılması gerektiği, öğrencilerdeki motivasyon eksikliğinin, dikkat dağınıklığının, sınıf mevcutlarının fazla olmasının öğretmenlerin derste zamanı etkili kullanmalarını engelleyen faktörler olduğu, bir ders saatinin öğretmenlerin yapacakları konu anlatımı, soru çözümü, deney, etkinlik, özetleme, tekrar, ödevlendirme vb. için çoğunlukla yeterli bir süre olduğu, öğretmenlerin dersi planlanan zamandan önce bitirdiği durumlarda ek olarak konu tekrar etme, soru çözümü vb. etkinlikler ile dersi pekiştirdiği gibi önemli bilgiler toplanmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis research was constructed on the evaluation of proficiencies of effective time utilization of secondary school science teachers who teach according to the constructivist curriculum. Working group of the research constitutes 54 science teachers in the all state secondary schools attached to the Ministry of Education in Çankırı in 2013-2014 academic year. The sampling path was not used in the research so “selfsampling universe” was adopted as the study universe. Data were collected through a survey that consist of five questioned-first part that contains teachers’ personal information and six-questioned second part that contains time management in science lesson. These questions were prepared by two faculity member who are specialist in their field and they added to the questionnaire. In order to determine the findings of the research, the answers given by the teachers to open-ended questions were grouped and expressed as a percentage. As a result of the research, important information such as, the average time that teachers utilize effectively and efficiently in one lessons hour is 21-30 minutes, the fact that this is mainly due to the lack of motivation in the students, in order to increase this period, it is necessary to the lessons are make interesting by teaches and to use different methods and techniques the students become active, the lack of motivation in the students, distraction, surplus of class presence are the factors that prevent the teachers from using the time effectively, a lesson hour is often enough for teacher's subject expression, summarization, repetition, in the cases where the teachers have completed the lesson before the scheduled time, they reinforce the lesson with repeating the subject, solving the questions, etc. activities, has been collected.en_US
