dc.description.abstractYirminci yüzyıl düşünürü Robin George Collingwood çağa özellikle tarih felsefesi çalışmalarıyla damga vurmuş bir isimdir. Ancak onun başta sanat olmak üzere diğer düşüncelerinde ortaya koyduğu kuramlar ve bu düşünceleri bağlamında meydana getirdiği felsefi sistem bir hayli ilgi çekmektedir. Biz de çalışmamızda bu sistemin bir şeklini ortaya koymak niyetiyle düşünürün felsefesinde sanat ve tarih düşünce ve tahayyül imgelem ve bilgi arasındaki ilişkiyi irdeledik. Ayrıca düşünür sanattan tarihe doğru geçiş sürecinde bir de epistemolojik bir yapı ortaya koymuştur. Bu yapıya da çalışmamız boyunca değinilmiştir. Sanat ve tarih arasındaki ilişki gerek insan doğası hakkında bilgi sahibi olmak için gerekse de düşünürün yukarıda oluşturduğu sistemin bir şeklini kavramak için önemli görülmüş ve bu tezde işlenmiştir. İnsan doğası bilimi olan tarih insan doğası hakkında sadece tek bir yönden bilgi vermektedir. Sanat da aslında bir insan doğası bilgisidir. Ancak o da insan doğası hakkında yalnızca tek bir yönden bilgi sahibi olunacak bir etkinliktir. Dolayısıyla Collingwood'un insan doğası bilgisi ve bunun üzerine inşa ettiği insan doğası bilimi dediği şeyi daha doğru kavrayabilmek için sanat ve tarih arasındaki ilişkiye ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Yine Collingwood'un imgelemden algıya algıdan düşünceye ve düşünceden de düşünce üzerine düşünceye doğru giden yapıyı kavrayabilmek de sanat ve tarih ilişkisini ele almakla mümkündür.en_US
dc.description.abstractAs a philosopher of 20st century, Robin George Collingwood and his studies, especially in the context of philosophy of history, impressed the era. Nevertheless, his theories, particularly the ones about art, and the philosophical thought system which was effectuated by him within the context of these theories, has been attracting the attention. Therefore this dissertation discusses the relevance between art and history, idée and imagination, imagery and cognition with the aim of delineating of this system. Furthermore, the philosopher put forth an epistomological system in the process of transition through history from art. His epistomological system is also mentioned all through this thesis. The relevance between art and history matters either for having information about human nature or for comprehending a form of system which is constituted by Collingwood. Hence, this topic is also treated in this article. History, as a science of human nature, inform us about human nature only in a single way. Art is also a cognition of human nature, yet art is not an efficient activity to explain human nature too. Thus, the relevance between human art and human history are needed for absorbing Collingwood's cognition of human nature and the article, so called the science of human nature by him, which is based on this cognition. Understanding Collingwood's system, goes through perception from imagery, from perception through idea, from idea through idea on idea, may not be possible without tackling the relevance between human art and human history.en_US
