dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada Osmanlı döneminde Cezayir’deki ilmî hayata ışık tutulmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu bağlamda Osmanlı dönemi Cezayir’inin önemli ilim merkezleri, bu merkezlerde bulunup fıkıh alanında eser veren özellikle de nevâzil-i fıkhiyye alanında çalışmaları bulunan önemli ve meşhur şahsiyetler ele alınmıştır. Bu çalışmada Nevazilü Kasantîna örnek alınarak konunun esas yönü olan fıkhî tarafa yoğunlaşılmıştır. Ayrıca Osmanlı dönemi boyunca Cezayirli âlimlerin fetva üretme metotlarını ve nevâzil kitaplarını yazma tarzları ve cevap verme metotları da incelenmiştir. Bu tezde, Osmanlıların Cezayir’e girişinin Cezayir’deki ilmî hareket ve gelişme üzerinde etkisini, devletin mezhebi olarak resmileştirdikleri Hanefi mezhebi ile mevcut olan halkın mezhebi Makili mezhebi arasındaki etkileşimi de incelenmiştir. Örnek alınan Nevâzilü Kasantîna eseri incelenip eserin önemi, derleme işinin nasıl yapıldığı, Kasantîna şehri başta olmak üzere Cezayir şehirlerinin ilmi, sosyal durumu, Abdulkerim Lefgûn’un vermiş olduğu fetvalarda kullandığı üslup ve fetva verirken takip ettiği metodu da izah edilmeye çalışılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, we tried to shed light on the scientific life in Algeria during the Ottoman period. In this context, the important scientific centers of Algeria in the Ottoman period and the important and famous figures who worked in these centers and produced works in the field of fiqh, especially in the field of nawâzil al fiqhiyye, were discussed. In this study, taking Nawazil al-Qasantina as an example, we focused on the fiqh side, which is the main aspect of the subject. In addition, the methods of producing fatwas of Algerian scholars during the Ottoman period, their style of writing nawazil books, and their methods of responding were also examined. In this thesis, the impact of the Ottomans' entry into Algeria on the scientific movement and development in Algeria, as well as the interaction between the Hanafi sect, which they formalized as the sect of the state, and the Maliki sect, the sect of the existing people, were also examined. The exemplary work of Nawazil al-Qasantina was examined and the importance of the work, how the compilation was done, the scientific and social situation of Algerian cities, especially the city of Kasantîna, the style used by Abdulkerim Lefgûn in his fatwas and the method he followed when giving fatwas were also tried to be explained.en_US
