| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı’na (DİB) bağlı Konya Kampüs Gençlik Merkezi'nde yürütülen manevi danışmanlık ve gençlik hizmetlerinin etkililiği incelenmiştir. Konya Kampüs Gençlik Merkezi, üniversite yerleşkesi içinde faaliyet gösteren, gençlerin dinî, ahlaki, sosyal ve psikolojik gelişimlerine yönelik programlar yürüten bir DİB birimidir. Çalışmada, bu merkezin sunduğu manevi danışmanlık, eğitim ve sosyal etkinliklerin öğrenciler üzerindeki yansımaları ile manevi danışmanların ve gençlik koordinatörlerinin deneyimleri nitel araştırma yöntemiyle ele alınmıştır. Fenomenolojik desene dayalı yürütülen bu çalışmada, 2023–2024 eğitim-öğretim yılında gençlik merkezine düzenli veya dönemsel katılım sağlayan 10 üniversite öğrencisi ve görev süresi 8 aydan 8 yıla kadar değişen 6 manevi danışman ile yarı yapılandırılmış görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler tematik içerik analizi yöntemiyle çözümlenmiştir. Bulgular, gençlik merkezine yönelimin kurumsal tanıtım, arkadaş çevresi ve kişisel manevi arayış olmak üzere üç temel motivasyon üzerinden gerçekleştiğini göstermiştir. Manevi danışmanlık ilişkilerinin, “duygusal güven” ve “aile sıcaklığı” unsurlarıyla gençlerin kimlik ve inanç gelişimini desteklemekte olduğu sosyal ve kültürel etkinlikler ise bireysel dönüşümü pekiştirerek grup içi aidiyet duygusunu güçlendirdiği görülmüştür. Bununla birlikte bürokratik izin süreçleri, mekânsal yetersizlikler, personel açığı ve bütçe kısıtları hizmet etkinliğini sınırlayan başlıca faktörlerdir. Gençlik merkezinde sunulan akademik ve kişisel gelişim desteklerinin öğrencilerin özgüven ve entelektüel motivasyonlarını artırdığı ve akran etkileşiminin ise toplumsal sorumluluk bilincini güçlendirdiği görüşmüştür.. Araştırma sonucunda, Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı’na bağlı gençlik merkezlerinin sunduğu manevi danışmanlık ve sosyal faaliyetlerin sürdürülebilir ve kapsayıcı bir yapıya kavuşturulabilmesi için fiziki mekân düzenlemelerinin yapılması, personel kapasitesinin artırılması, bürokratik süreçlerin sadeleştirilmesi ve dijital iletişim stratejilerinin güçlendirilmesi önerilmektedir. Bu düzenlemelerin hayata geçirilmesi, gençlik merkezlerinin çok boyutlu öğrenme ortamı niteliğini pekiştirerek gençlerin hem bireysel hem de toplumsal düzeyde güçlü kimlikler geliştirmelerine katkı sağlayacaktır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study examined the effectiveness of spiritual counseling and youth services provided at the Konya Campus Youth Center, affiliated with the Presidency of Religious Affairs (DİB). The Konya Campus Youth Center is a DIB unit operating within the university campus and conducting programs aimed at the religious, moral, social, and psychological development of young people. This study explored the impact of the spiritual counseling, educational, and social activities offered by the center on students, as well as the experiences of spiritual counselors and youth coordinators, using a qualitative research method. In this study, based on a phenomenological design, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 10 university students who regularly or periodically attended the center during the 2023–2024 academic year, and with 6 spiritual counselors whose tenure ranged from 8 months to 8 years. The data obtained were analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings showed that orientation to the center was driven by three primary motivations: institutional promotion, circle of friends, and personal spiritual quest. Spiritual counseling relationships support young people's identity and faith development through elements of "emotional trust" and "family warmth." Social and cultural activities reinforce individual transformation and strengthen the sense of belonging within the group. However, bureaucratic permitting processes, spatial inadequacies, staff shortages, and budget constraints are the primary factors limiting service effectiveness. Academic and personal development support provided at youth centers increases students' self-confidence and intellectual motivation, while peer interaction strengthens their sense of social responsibility. The research suggests that improving physical space arrangements, increasing staff capacity, simplifying bureaucratic processes, and strengthening digital communication strategies should be considered to ensure a sustainable and inclusive structure for the spiritual counseling and social activities offered by youth centers affiliated with the Directorate of Religious Affairs (DİB). Implementing these arrangements will reinforce the multidimensional learning environment of youth centers and contribute to young people's development of strong identities at both individual and societal levels. | |
