dc.description.abstractMimari programlama; mimari tasarımdan önce gelen, tasarıma girdi oluşturarak ileri besleme veren bir planlama adımıdır. Programlama çalışmalarının nitelikli ve kapsayıcı bir şekilde gerçekleştirilmesi, tasarımın sürdürülebilir olması için oldukça önemlidir. Programlama aşamasında, detaylı analizler yapılabilmesi için mimari programlama unsurları üzerinden çalışmalar gerçekleştirilir. Programlama sürecinin nitelikli bir şekilde gerçekleştirilmemesi ve program unsurlarında zaman içerisinde meydana gelebilecek değişimlerin dikkate alınmaması, ortaya koyulan tasarım ürünün yetersiz kalmasına, değiştirilmesine veya dönüştürülmesine sebep olmaktadır. Bu bağlamda Eğitim Fakülteleri mimari programı, karmaşık fonksiyonlu yapısı, farklı nitelikte bölümleri bir arada bulundurması, bünyesinde yer alan bölümlerin eğitim programlarının gelişen ve değişen yapısı sebebiyle incelenmesi gereken bir konu olarak görülmüştür. Buradan hareketle çalışmada; Eğitim Fakültelerinde mimari programlama unsurları kapsamında yaşanan değişimlerin belirlenmesi ve programda yer alan yetersizliklerin binaya etkilerinin ortaya koyulması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında mimari planlama, mimari programlama, tasarım, fakülte binalarında mimari programlamaya dair literatür taraması yapılarak kavramsal altyapı oluşturulmuş ve alan çalışması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Alan çalışması için, işlevi doğrultusunda tasarlanan ve kullanılan bir yapı olduğundan, Denizli Pamukkale Üniversitesi Kınıklı Kampüsünde yer alan Eğitim Fakültesi Binası seçilmiştir. Alan çalışmasında yerinde gözlem tekniği ile fakülte binası mimari programı incelenmiş, mimari program unsurları kapsamında yaşanan değişimler belirlenmiş, programda yer alan yetersizliklerin kullanımda nasıl giderildiği ve bu durumun binaya etkileri belirlenmiştir. Yapılan çalışmada, mimari program unsurları kapsamında en çok değişim yaşanan unsurların; kapasite, eylem alanları, fiziksel kullanıcı gereksinmeleri ve mekansal organizasyon olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bina programında yer alan yetersizliklerin binanın mevcut mekanlarının dönüştürülmesi ile giderilmeye çalışılması, bina organizasyonunun bozulmasına ve tasarımın değişmesine sebep olmuştur. Programlama unsurları kapsamında zaman içerisinde yaşanabilecek değişikliklerin programlama aşamasında öngörülmesi, bu doğrultuda esnek ve dönüştürülebilir tasarımlar gerçekleştirilmesi binaların kullanım sürecinde değişim veya dönüşüm yaşamaması için gereklidir.en_US
dc.description.abstractArchitectural programming; It is a planning step that precedes architectural design and feeds forward by creating input to the design. Performing programming studies in a qualified and inclusive way is very important for the sustainability of the design. In the programming phase, studies are carried out on architectural programming elements so that detailed analyzes can be made. Failure to perform the programming process in a qualified manner and not taking into account the changes that may occur in the program elements over time cause the design product to be inadequate, changed or transformed. In this context, the architectural program of the Faculties of Education has been seen as a subject that needs to be examined due to its complex functional structure, having different departments together, and the developing and changing structure of the education programs of the departments within it. From this point of view, in the study; It is aimed to determine the changes experienced within the scope of architectural programming elements in Education Faculties and to reveal the effects of the deficiencies in the program on the building. Within the scope of the study, a literature review on architectural planning, architectural programming, design, architectural programming in faculty buildings was made, and a conceptual infrastructure was created and a field study was carried out. For the field study, the Faculty of Education Building located in Denizli Pamukkale University Kınıklı Campus was chosen because it is a structure designed and used in line with its function. In the field study, the architectural program of the faculty building was examined with the on-site observation technique, the changes in the architectural program elements were determined, how the deficiencies in the program were eliminated in use and the effects of this situation on the building were determined. In the study, it was determined that the elements with the most change within the scope of architectural program elements; capacity, action areas, physical user requirements and spatial organization. Trying to eliminate the deficiencies in the building program by transforming the existing spaces of the building caused the building organization to deteriorate and the design to change. It is necessary to foresee the changes that may occur over time within the scope of programming elements during the programming phase, and to realize flexible and transformable designs in this direction, so that the buildings do not experience changes or transformations in the usage process.en_US
