Özet
Bu çalışmada bir firma için makaslı lift platformunun tasarımı analizi ve imalatı yapılmıştır.
Tasarım yapılırken ve yükler uygulanırken EN 280 standardı dikkate alınmıştır. Makaslı lift platformlarının
yapısı gereği denge yapısına sahip olması gerekmektedir. Bunun yanında hafif ve belirli bir yüke göre
tasarlanması da önemlidir. Bu çalışmada SolidWorks çizim programında tasarım yapılarak platformun
parçaları birbirine montajlanmıştır. Daha sonra platformun taşıma kapasitesine göre üst kısmından 350 kg
yük uygulanmış, makas profiline ve hidrolik silindire gelen yükler teorik olarak hesaplanmıştır. 4 mm 5
mm ve 6 mm makas kalınlıklarına göre analizler yapılmış ve 5 mm profil kalınlığının en uygun olduğu
belirlenmiştir. Hidrolik silindirin çapı 50 mm, 60 mm ve 70 mm olarak analizler yapılmıştır. 60 mm hidrolik
çapın en uygun olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Tüm bu sonuçlar doğrultusunda numune ürün üretilmiştir. Üretilen
makaslı lift platform ve pazarda satışı olan aynı tür makaslı lift platform saha testleri yapılmıştır. Tüm bu
verilerin sonuçları karşılaştırılmış ve değerlendirilmiştir.
In this study, the design, analysis and manufacture of the scissor lift platform for a company was made. The design and applying loads are made according to EN 280 standard. Scissor lift platforms must have a stability due to their structure. It is also important that it is light and designed for a specific load. In this study, the design was made in the SolidWorks program and assembled together. Then, 350 kg load was applied from the upper part according to the carrying capacity of the platform, and the loads on the scissor profile and hydraulic cylinder were calculated theoretically. Analyzes were made according to 4 mm, 5 mm and 6 mm truss thicknesses and it was determined that the 5 mm profile thickness was the most appropriate. The diameters of the hydraulic cylinder were analyzed as 50 mm, 60 mm and 70 mm. A hydraulic diameter of 60 mm turned out to be the most suitable. In line with all these results, a sample product was produced. Field tests of the produced scissor lift platform and the same type of scissor lift platform sold in the market were carried out. The results of all these data were compared and evaluated.
