dc.description.abstractHicrî ikinci ve üçüncü asırda yaşamış olan, daha çok kelamcı kişiliği ile tanınan Ebû Mansûr Mâturîdî’nin (ö. 333/944), fıkhî yönü ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. İmam Mâturîdî’nin günümüze kadar ulaşan iki eserinden biri olan Te’vîlâtü’l-Kur’an adlı eseri fıkhî görüşlerini bulabileceğimiz en kapsamlı eserdir. Çalışmamızda Nisa Suresi’nde yer alan fıkha dair görüşlerini inceledik. Çalışmamız giriş, üç ana bölüm ve sonuç kısımlarından oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde İmam Mâturîdî’nin hayatı, ilmi şahsiyeti, hocaları, öğrencileri ve eserleri tanıtılmıştır. İkinci bölümde İmam Mâturîdî’nin fıkhî kişiliği, hanefî fakihi oluşu ve hanefî fıkhına katkıları üzerinde durulmuştur. Üçüncü bölümde ise Nisa Suresi’nde yer alan görüşlerine yer verilmiş ve hanefî mezhebine uygunluğu incelenmiştir. İmam Mâturîdî’nin kullandığı genel kaideler tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Yapılan inceleme sonucunda Ebû Hanife’nin rey metoduna sahip çıktığı, ayetleri tefsir ederken Ebû Hanife’nin çizgisini takip ettiği görülmüştür.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, it has been put forward the fiqh opinions of Abu Mansur Maturidî (d. 333/944), who is known as a great theologian and head of school of Maturid lived in the third and fourth centuries. His tafseer Ta’wilat al Quran is one of the two works of Imam Maturidi which has survived to the present day and it is the most comprehensive work in wich we can find his fiqh views. In our study, we examined his views of the jurisprudence in Sura al Nisa. Our thesis consists of introduction, three main sections and conclusion parts. In the first part, the life, scientific personality, teachers, students and works of Imam al Maturidi have been introduced. In the second chapter, the fiqh personality of Imam Maturidi, his being a Hanafi faqih and his contributions to Hanafi fiqh have been discussed. In the third part, his views in Surat al Nisa are given and their suitability to Hanafi sect have been examined. In this study, we tried to determine the general rules used by Imam al Maturidi, it was seen that he adopted Abu Hanife’s method of Ray and followed the line of Abu Hanifa while commenting the verses.en_US
