| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı akut brusellozda hücresel immün yanıtın araştırılmasıdır. Çalışma 42 akut brusellozlu hasta ile 43 sağlıklı kontrol grubu üzerinde yapıldı. Hastaların 0. gün serum örnekleri alındıktan sonra 45 gün standart bruselloz tedavisi verildi. Tedavi sonunda 45.gün serum örnekleri alındı. Hastalar 1 yıl süre ile relaps açısından izlendi. Yedi hastada relaps saptandı. Relaps saptanan olgulardan serum örnekleri alınıp bruselloz tedavisi tekrarlandı. Tedavi sonunda kontrol serum örnekleri alındı. Alınan örnekler -80 oC'de saklandı. Serum örneklerinden IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, sIL2R, IFN?, TNF? düzeyleri çalışıldı.Hastalarda IL-2, IL-8, sIL2R, IFN?, TNF? düzeyleri kontrol grubundan yüksek, IL 4 düzeyi düşük tespit edildi. Bu değerler istatistiki olarak anlamlı idi. IL-6, IL-10 hasta grubunda yüksekti fakat bu yükseklik istatistiki olarak anlamlı değildi.Relaps yapan 7 olguda 0. günde IL-2, IL-6 değerleri yapmayan 35 olgudan yüksek, sIL2R düzeyi düşük saptandı. Relaps yapan grupta 45 günlük tedavi sonunda IL-6 yüksekliği devam etti. Bu değerler istatistiki açıdan anlamlı idi.Bu sonuçlar, hastanın 0 ve 45.gün IL-6 değerlerinin relapsı göstermede güvenilir prognostik bir belirleyici olduğunu, 0.gün IL-2 ve IL-6 düzeyi yüksek, sIL2R düzeyi düşük hastalarda relaps açısından dikkatli olunması gerektiğini düşündürmektedir | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to search cellular immune response in acute brucellosis. 42 patients with acute brucellosis and 43 healthy control groups were taken to the study. The serum samples were taken from the patients at the time of diagnosis and standard therapy for brucellosis was given to the patients for 45 days. At the end of therapy the serum samples were taken again. The patients were followed up for one year for relapse. Relapse was determined at 7 patients. Treatment for brucellosis is given again to the patients who were relapsed after taking the serum samples. At the end of therapy control serum samples were taken. The serum samples were kept at -80 ºC. IL2, IL4, IL6, IL8, IL10, SIL2R, TNF?, IFN? were studied at serum samples.IL2, IL4, IL6, IL8, IL10, SIL2R, TNF?, IFN? levels of patients were higher than the control group, IL4 levels were lower. These values were statistically significant. IL6 and IL10 levels were higher in the patients group but these elevations were not statistically significant. IL2, IL6 values of the 7 relapsed patients at the beginning of the therapy was higher than the 35 patients who were not relapsed and SIL2R level was lower. At the end of 45 days therapy IL6 levels were persisted higher in the relapsed patients. These values were statistically significant. These results showed that IL6 value at the beginning and end of therapy is a determinate of prognosis to show relapse. In the patients whose IL2 and IL6 levels were high and SIL2R levels were low at the beginning of the therapy care must be taken for relapse. | en_US |
