Özet
Kur'an-ı Kerim bütün Müslümanların okuması ve anlaması gereken bir kitaptır. Kur'an'da yer alan ayetlerin doğru anlaşılabilmesi için ayetlerde geçen kavramların doğru anlaşılması gerekmektedir. Son dönemde doğru anlaşılmadığı için üzerinde tartışma bulunan kelimelerden birisi de "vurmak" manasındaki d-r-b fiilidir. Bu fiilin özellikle kocalarına itaat etmeyen evli kadın olursa üçüncü aşamada ona vurun şeklinde ayette zikredilmesi, İslam'da tüm kadınların dövülmesi tavsiye ediliyor, algısı oluşturulmak istenmektedir. Hâlbuki İslam ceza hukukunda bile en küçük karineden zanlı yararlanır. Dolayısıyla, evli bir kadın kocası tarafından ilkesi, ölçüsüz ve suçsuz yere cezalandırılamaz. Bununla birlikte evlilik kurumu "çok özel" bir konuma sahip olduğundan, basit şekilde çözülebilecek meselelerin dışarıya aksettirilmeden karı-koca arasında çözüme kavuşturulması da İslam aile hukukunun en bariz farklardan birisidir. D-r-b fiili hem yalın halde hem de birlikte kullanıldığı harflere ve kelimelere göre farklı anlamlar kazanabilen bir fiildir. Kur'an'da 56 ayette d-r-b harflerinden türemiş kelime ya da fiili bulunmaktadır. Bu ayetlerden 10 tane ahkâm ayetinde toplamda 11 adet d-r-b kökenli kelime bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada d-r-b fiilinin kullanıldığı ayetler, sözlükler, ahkâm tefsirleri kapsamında değerlendirilmiştir. Ahkâma konu olan ayetlerde istiskâ, sadaka, eşler arası geçimsizlik durumunda Kur'an'ın çözüm önerileri, savaşta Müslüman olduğunu söyleyen kimsenin durumu, yanında Müslüman kimse bulunmadan yolculukta ölen kimsenin vasiyeti, namazların kısaltılması, tesettür emri, şeriatta hilenin yeri, savaş esirlerinin durumu ve gece namazı konuları incelenmiştir. Nisa Suresi 34. ayet kapsamında karı-koca arası geçimsizlik durumuna özel olarak yer verilmiş ve bu ayetteki mananın Hz. Peygamber'in detaylı şekilde izah ettiği şekliyle basit manada ıslah amaçlı vurulması olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
The Holy Qur'an is a book that all Muslims should read and understand. In order to understand the verses in the Qur'an correctly, the concepts in the verses must be understood correctly. One of the words that has recently been disputed because it is not understood correctly is the verb d-r-b, which means "to strike". The mention of this verb in the verse, especially in the third stage of the verse, as "if a married woman disobeys her husband, hit her", is intended to create the perception that Islam recommends the beating of all women. However, even in Islamic criminal law, the accused benefits from the smallest presumption. Therefore, a married woman cannot be punished by her husband on principle, without measure and without blame. In addition, since the institution of marriage has a "very special" position, one of the most obvious differences of Islamic family law is that issues that can be resolved in a simple way are resolved between husband and wife without any externalization. The verb d-r-b is a verb that can acquire different meanings both in its simple form and according to the letters and words it is used with. In the Qur'an, 56 verses contain words or verbs derived from the letters d-r-b. Among these verses, there are a total of 11 d-r-b derived words in 10 verses. In this study, the verses in which the verb d-r-b is used were evaluated within the scope of dictionaries and exegeses. In the verses subject to Ahkām, the topics of istiskā, charity, the Qur'anic solutions for marital discord, the status of a person who claims to be a Muslim in war, the will of a person who dies on a journey without a Muslim accompanying him, shortening prayers, the commandment of hijab, the place of cheating in the Shari'ah, the status of prisoners of war, and night prayers were examined. In the context of Surah al-Nisa verse 34, the situation of incompatibility between husband and wife was specifically addressed and it was concluded that the meaning of this verse is the simple meaning of the Prophet's shooting for the purpose of correction as explained in detail.
