dc.description.abstractBu araştırmanın amacı, matematik öğretmen adaylarının matematiğin temel konularından olan "Fonksiyon" kavramı ve fonksiyonla ilişkili olan "Bağıntı" ve "İşlem" kavramları hakkındaki bilişsel yapılarını belirlemektir. Araştırmaya Anadolu'da bir devlet üniversitesinde eğitim gören 125 matematik öğretmen adayı katılmıştır. Veriler Kelime İlişkilendirme Testi kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Matematik öğretmen adaylarına "Fonksiyon", "Bağıntı" ve "İşlem" anahtar kavramları Kelime İlişkilendirme Testi ile sunulmuştur. Test sonucunda elde edilen verilerden frekans tablosu oluşturulmuştur. Frekans tablosuna göre kesme noktası tekniği kullanılarak matematik öğretmen adaylarının fonksiyon, bağıntı ve işlem kavramları hakkındaki bilişsel yapılarını ortaya koyan kavram ağları çizilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda fonksiyon kavramıyla ilgili 12, bağıntı kavramıyla ilgili 10 ve işlem kavramıyla ilgili 11 kategori oluşturulmuş olup toplamda 212 kelime elde edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research is to identify prospective mathematics teachers' conceptual structures about "Function" that is on of the basic subject of the mathematics and "Relation" and "Binary Operation" concepts that are related to function. Participants of the research study were 125 prospetive mathematics teachers studying in one of the public universities in Turkey. The Word Association Test is used as the data collection tool. The "Function", "Relation" and "Binary Operation" key concepts were presented to prospective mathematics teachers through the Word Associated Test. Data obtained from the test results were recorded in frequency table. Conceptual Networks that present prospective mathematics teachers' conseptual structures about function, relation and binary operation key concepts were drawn by using the "cut-off point" technique on the frequency table. Based on the research findings, 12 categories with regard to "Function", 10 categories with regard to "Relation" and 11 categories with regard to "Binary Operation" concepts were derived and a total of 212 words are collected.en_US
