| dc.description.abstract | Kur'ân-ı Kerim karı ve kocanın evlilik bağını için oluşturmak için birtakım sorumluluk ve kurallar öngörmüştür. Aynı zamanda bazı hakları da gerekli kılmıştır. Her bir sorumluluk bir hakkı, her bir hak ise bir sorumluluğu beraberinde getirir. Bu yüzden karı ve kocanın karşılıklı haklarında bahsedildiğinde onların bazı sorumluluklarının da muhakkak olduğunu aklımızdan çıkarmamamız lazım. Ehl-i sünnet ve Şiî tefsirlerde karı ve kocanın karşılıklı haklarına baktığımızda temelde bir farklılık görünmemektir; ancak her ikisini birbirinden ayıran şey ise iki mezhebin tefsirlerinin kaynaklarıdır. | dc.description.abstract | The Quran has set responsibilities and rules for the creation of the husband and wife's marriage bond. It has also made certain rights necessary. Each responsibility entitles one right and each right brings a responsibility. Therefore, when we talk about the mutual rights of your husband and wife, we must keep in mind that they have certain responsibilities. When we look at the mutual rights of the husband and wife in the Ahl al-Sunnah and Shiite tafsir, there is basically no difference; but what distinguish them is the sources of the two sects.
