dc.description.abstractEbû Dâvud'un (ö. 275/889) es-Sünen'i, konularına göre tasnif edilmiş hadis kitabı yazma geleneğinin önemli bir dönüm noktasını temsil etmektedir. Diğer hadis musannefâtına göre çok daha erken dönemlerde şerh edilmeye başlanan es-Sünen ile ilgili şerh faaliyetleri günümüze kadar devam etmiştir. Azîmâbâdî'nin (ö. 1329/1911) 'Avnü'l-Ma'bûd'u ve Hattâb es-Sübkî'nin (ö. 1352/1933) el-Menhelü'l-'Azbü'l-Mevrûd'u, son dönemde yazılmış es-Sünen şerhlerindendir. 'Avnü'l-Ma'bûd ve el-Menhelü'l-'Azbü'l-Mevrûd'un Mukayesesi isimli çalışmamız, Hindistan ve Mısır'da aynı dönemde yazılmış olan bu iki eserin şerh metotlarının mukayesesini konu edinmektedir. Giriş ve dört bölümden oluşan çalışmanın birinci bölümünde, Azîmâbâdî ve Hattâb es-Sübkî'nin hayatları, yaşadıkları dönem ve ilmî şahsiyetleri incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde, 'Avnü'l-Ma'bûd'un muhteva, üslup ve kaynakları hakkında bilgi verilmiş, şerh metodu tahlîlî bir yöntem ile ele alınmıştır. Hindistan Ehl-i Hadis ekolünün önemli temsilcilerinden birisi olan Azîmâbâdî'nin bu anlayışının şerhine yansımaları incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde, el-Menhelü'l-'Azbü'l-Mevrûd'un genel özellikleri, şerh yöntemi ve Hattâb es-Sübkî'nin fıkhî rivayetleri tahlilleri ele alınmıştır. 'Avnü'l-Ma'bûd ve el-Menhelü'l-'Azbü'l-Mevrûd'un mukayeseli bir şekilde ele alındığı son bölümde, iki şerhin benzerlikleri ve farklılıkları ve şârihlerin hadis anlayışları örneklendirilerek tahlil edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractAbu Dawud's (d. 275/889) es-Sunan, represents an important turning point in the tradition of writing hadith books that classified according to their subjects. Annotation activities related to es-Sunan, which started to be annotated much earlier than other hadith books have continued until today. Azîmâbâdî's (d. 1329/1911) 'Avnü'l-Ma'bûd and Hattâb as-Subki's (d. 1352/1933) al-Manhelü'l-'Azbu'l-Mavrûd', the last It is one of the es-Sunan commentaries written in the period. Our study named 'Avnü'l-Ma'bûd and el-Manhelü'l-'Azbu'l-Mavrûd's Comparison', focuses on the comparison of the annotation methods of these two works written in the same period in India and Egypt. In the first part of the study, which consists of an introduction and four chapters, the lives, periods and scientific personalities of Azîmâbâdî and Hattâb as-Sübkî were examined. In the second part, information about the content, turn of expression and sources of 'Avnü'l-Ma'bûd is given, and the method of commentary is discussed, with an analytical method. The reflections of these understandings of Azimabad, one of the important representatives of the Indian Ahl-i Hadith School, on his commentary were examined. In the third part, the general features of al-Manhelü'l-'Azbu'l-Mavrûd, the method of commentary and the analysis of the fiqh (fıkıh) narrations of Hattab as-Subkî are discussed. In the last part, in which 'Avnü'l-Ma'bûd and al-Manhelü'l-'Azbu'l-Mavrûd' are discussed in a comparative way, the similarities and differences of the two commentaries and the hadith understandings of the commentators are analyzed by exemplifying them.en_US
