dc.description.abstractAmaç: Bu araştırma, hemşirelik eğitiminde görev alacak hemşirelere verilen rehber hemşire kursununhemşirelerin rehber hemşirelik hakkındaki görüşlerine etkisini incelemek amacıyla yapıldı.Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırmanın örneklemini bir üniversite hastanesinde çalışan ve araştırmaya katılmayıkabul eden 220 hemşire oluşturdu. Ön test-son test tek gruplu yarı deneysel olarak yapılan araştırmanın verileri06-08 Şubat 2017 tarihleri arasında anket formu kullanılarak rehber hemşire kursundan önce ve sonra toplandı.Araştırmanın verileri sayı, yüzde, ortalama ve standart sapma, Mcnemar testleri ile analiz edildi.Bulgular: Hemşirelerin rehber hemşirenin görevlerine dair görüşleri incelendiğinde, “uygulamadaeğitimci sorumluluğunu üstlenmek” (p0.001) ve “öğrencinin başarısını değerlendirmek için gerekli kanıtlarısağlamak” (p0.001) görüşleri ile; hemşirelerin rehber hemşirenin rol davranışlarına dair görüşleriincelendiğinde ise, “öğrencilerin psikomotor becerileri geliştirmesini sağlama” (p0.001), “öğrenciye ismiylehitap etme” (p0.001), “danışmanlık yaparken baskıcı tutum göstermeme” (p0.001), “performansı nasılgeliştireceği hakkında öğrenci ile görüşme” (p0.001), “eleştirel düşünme ve konuları derinlemesinearaştırmaya yardım etme” (p0.001) görüşleri, eğitim sonrasında eğitim öncesine göre önemli bir şekildepozitif yönde değiştiği belirlendi.Sonuç: Bu bulgular, hemşirelere verilen kursun hemşirelerin rehber hemşirelik hakkındaki görüşleriniolumlu yönde etkilediğini göstermektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractAim: This study was conducted to assess the effect of the guide nursing course on the opinions of nursesabout guide nursing.Materials and Methods: The sample of the study was 221 nurses who worked in a university hospital andagreed to participate in the research. Data from the pre-test and post-test single-group semi-experimental studywere collected before and after the guide nursing course using the questionnaire form between 06-08 February2017. The number, percentage, mean and standard deviation of the study were analyzed with McNemar tests.Results: When the opinions of the nurses on the duties of the guide nurse were examined, it was statedthat "undertaking the responsibility of the educator in practice" (p0.001) and "providing necessary evidencesto evaluate the student's success" (p0.001) opinions were found to change significantly in the positive directionafter the training compared to before the training. When the opinions of the nurses on the role behaviors of theguide nurse were examined, it was determined that "addressing students by name" (p0.001), "no repressiveattitudes when mentoring" (p0.001), "interviewing with the student about how to improve performance(p0.001), "critical thinking and helping to investigate the subjects in depth" (p0.001) opinions were found tochange significantly in the positive direction after the training compared to before the training.Conclusion: These findings showed that the given courses have a positive influence on the opinions ofnurses about guide nursing.en_US
