dc.description.abstractKitlesel fonlama, geleneksel finansal kaynaklara alternatif olarak kurumların ya da girişimcilerin, internet aracılığıyla çok sayıda kişinin desteklerinden yararlanılarak sosyal, kültürel ve kâr amaçlı girişimlere fon bulma çabalarıdır. Tez çalışmamızda kitlesel fonlamanın tanımı, mahiyeti, çeşitleri, İslam hukukunda karşılık geldiği yöntemler, konuya örnek kitlesel fonlama platformları ve fıkhî açıdan değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Çalışmamız bir giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş kısmında konunun hukuki mahiyetine, amacına, yöntemine ve kaynaklarına değinilmiştir. Birinci bölümde kitlesel fonlama teriminin kavramsal çerçevesi zikredilip, tarihine, çeşitlerine, mahiyetine değinilmiştir. Kitlesel fonlamanın çeşitlerine yer verilmiştir. Kitlesel fonlama sisteminin işleyişi ve avantaj ve dezavantajları ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümü, İslam hukuku perspektifinden kitlesel fonlama yöntemlerinin analizine tahsis edilmiştir. Bu bölümde kitlesel fonlamanın dört çeşidinin İslam borçlar hukukundaki hangi yönteme tekabül ettiğine yer verilmiştir. İslami kitlesel fonlama platformlarından birkaçı ele alınarak bir değerlendirmede bulunulmuştur. Çalışmamız ulaştığımız neticeleri ve önerilerimizi içeren bir sonuç bölümüyle tamamlanmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractCrowdfunding refers to the practice of raising funds for social, cultural, and profit-oriented initiatives by leveraging the support of a large number of people through the internet, as an alternative to traditional financial resources. This thesis provides an analysis of crowdfunding, including its definition, types, nature, and corresponding methods in Islamic law. Additionally, we examine examples of crowdfunding platforms and evaluate the subject from the perspective of fiqh. The study is structured into an introduction and two chapters. The introduction outlines the legal nature, purpose, method, and sources of the subject. In the first chapter, we provide a conceptual framework for crowdfunding, discussing its history, types, and nature. Specifically, the chapter focuses on the various types of crowdfunding, as well as the functioning of the crowdfunding system and its advantages and disadvantages. The second chapter is dedicated to analyzing crowdfunding methods through the lens of Islamic law. Here, we examine the four types of crowdfunding, analyzing which methods correspond to which method in the Islamic law of obligations. We also discuss and evaluate several Islamic crowdfunding platforms. The study concludes with a final chapter that includes our conclusions and recommendations.en_US
