dc.description.abstract	Usûl'ün birleşik köküne, furû'un ayrık dallarına dair mânaları içine alan bir yapı olarak tanımlanan beyân, İslâm Hukuku usulünde Kur'ân ve sünnet nass'larının mâhiyetlerini, birbiriyle ilişkilerini, şer'î derecelerini ve sünnetin Kur'ânı açıklaması görevi üzerinden şâri' Allah Teâlâ'nın makâsıdını tespit edip ortaya koymada anahtar vazifesi görmektedir. Çalışmamız bir giriş ve iki bölümden müteşekkildir. Giriş kısmında çalışmanın önemi, amacı, yöntemi ve kaynakları konusunda gerekli bilgilere yer verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde, fıkıh usûlü ilmi açısından beyân teorisi tüm yönleriyle incelemeye alınmıştır. Beyân'ın lugatte ve ıstılâhta içerdiği anlamları başta olmak üzere fukâha ve mütekkelimûn metodolojilerine göre tasnifi örnekleriyle derinlemesine tetkik edilmiştir. İkinci bölümde beyân'ın hass ve âmm lafızlar özelinde tatbiki yapılarak nasslar arasında mevcut olan muazzam bütünlük dikkatlere sunulmuştur. Bu bölümde hass lafız üzerinden mutlak-mukayyed arasındaki haml ilişkisi ve âmm lafız üzerinden âmm-tahsîs ilişkisi örnekleriyle incelenmiştir. Çalışmamız ulaştığımız sonuçları ve önerilerimizi içeren bir sonuç bölümüyle tamamlanmıştır.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Beyan (Bayân), which is defined as a structure that covers the unified roots of Usûl and the meanings of the discrete branches of Furû, is the key task in Islamic jurisprudence in determining and revealing the realities of Quran and Sunnah, their relations with each other, their degrees in Sharia and the maqasid via the sunnah explaining the Quran. Our study consists of an introduction and two parts. In the introduction part, necessary information about the importance, aim, method and sources of the study is given. In the first part, all aspects of the beyan theory are examined in terms of the science of usul al-fiqh. The literal and technical meaning of beyan and its classification, especially in terms of the fuqâha and mutakallimun have been examined in depth with examples. In the second part, beyan has been applied with respect to the hass and aam and the enormous integrity between the nass has been presented to the attention. In this section, the relationship between mutlaq-mukaqayyad over the hass word and the relationship between aam-takhsis over the aam word are examined with examples. Our study was completed with a concluding section that includes our conclusions and recommendations.	en_US
