dc.description.abstractTezimizin konusunu, Osmanlı şeyhülislamlarından müfessir ve hukukçu Ebüssuûd Efendi’nin (982/1574) İrşâdü’l-akli’s-selîm isimli tefsirinin IV. cildinde yer alan hadislerin tahric ve değerlendirilmesi teşkil etmektedir. Esasında Hz. Peygamber’in (s.a.v) sünneti, Kur’an-ı Kerim’in fiilî bir tefsiri mesabesindedir. Bu bağlamda Kur’an’ın tefsirinde rivayetlerden bigâne kalınması mümkün değildir. Her ne kadar tarihsel süreçte metodolojik farklılık sebebiyle rivayet tefsiri şeklinde müstakil bir tür ismi ortaya çıkmışsa da bu kategoriye dahil olmayan tefsirlerin de Rasulullah’tan nakledilen haberlerden yani rivayetlerden istifade etmemesi mümkün değildir. Tefsirlerde kullanılan rivayetler incelendiğinde oldukça farklı tablolar karşımıza çıkabilmektedir. Özellikle tefsirde İsrailiyat kullanımı, bilginin Rasulullah’a aidiyetinin tespiti noktasında göz önünde bulundurulması gereken bir durum olarak öne çıkmaktadır. Ebüssuûd Efendi de tefsirinde rivayetleri kullanmıştır. Telifinden sonra yazılan tefsir kaynakları üzerinde önemli etkisi olan İrşâdü’l-ʿaḳli’s-selîm’de yer alan rivayetlerin tespit ve tahrîci önem arz etmektedir. Eserin dördüncü cildini ele aldığımız bu çalışma giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Girişte Ebüssuud Efendi’nin hayatı, ilmi kişiliği, hocaları, öğrencileri ve eserleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde Enfal ve Tevbe sureleri, ikinci bölümde ise Yûnus, Hûd ve Yûsuf surelerindeki rivayetlerin tahrîc ve değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe subject of my thesis is commentator and lawyer from Ottoman Sheikh AlIslam Ebu’s-su’ud Efendi's commentary (982/1574) named İrshadul'l-akle's-selim, it constitutes the interpretation and evaluation of the Hadiths in the IV. volume. Basically Sunna of the Prophet (s.a.s) is equal to actual interpretation of the holy Qur'an. In the context it is not possible to be ignorant of the narrations in the interpretation of the Qur'an. Although an independent genre name has emerged in the form of narration commentary due to methodological differences in the historical process it is not possible for commentators that are not included in the category to not to benefit from the news and narrations transmitted from the Messenger of Allah. When the narrations used in tafsir are examined, quite different tables can be seen. Especially, the use of Israiliyat in commentary stands out as a situation that should be considered in determining the belonging of knowledge to the Messenger of Allah. Ebüssuûd Efendi also used narrations in his commentary. It is important to determine and interpret the narrations in İrşâdü'lʿaḳli's-selim, which has a significant impact on the commentary sources written after its copyright.This study, in which we deal with the fourth volume of the work, consists of an introduction and two parts. At the entrance, information is given about Ebussuud Efendi's life, scientific personality, teachers, students and works. In the first part Sura of Anfal and Tevbe, and in the second part, sura of Yunus, Hud and Yusuf narrations were interpreted and evaluated.en_US
