dc.description.abstractİslam Hukukunda nevâzil, havâdis ve vâkıât türü eserler mezhep imamlarından sonra ortaya çıkan yeni meseleleri ele alır. Günümüzde ise yeni fıkhî problemleri ifade eder. Vâkıât türü eserler fıkhî birikimi barındıran eserlerdir. Bu tür eserlerin bir kısmı matbu halde bulunmasına karşın maalesef büyük bir kısmı elyazma halinde kütüphanelerde beklemektedir. Doktora çalışması olarak tahkik ettiğimiz es-Sadruşşehîd'in Kitâbü'l-Vâkıât'ı da VI./XII. asırda kalem alınmıştır. Bu eser sonraki dönemlerde Hanefî literatürünün önemli kaynaklarından birisini oluşturmuştur. Araştırmamız giriş, üç bölüm, sonuç ve bibliyografyadan oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde es-Sadruşşehîd'in biyografisi ve eserlerine yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde "Kitâbü'l-Vâkıât ile ilgili tetkiklere yer verilmiştir. Bu bağlamda kitabın müellife aidiyeti, telif amacı, konusu, muhtevası, kaynakları, eserin telifinde takip edilen yöntem, kütüphane nüshaları, tahkik çalışmamızda tercih edilen nüshalar ve tavsifleri anlatılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde tahkikte takip edilen metot ve tahkikli metinde kullanılan işaretler hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Bu çalışmadan elde edilen bulgular sonuçta anlatılarak ileride yapılacak çalışmalarla ilgili bir kısım tavsiyelerle sona ermiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn Islamic Law, the works such as nawazil, hawadis and waqiat discuss the new issues that came in view after the sect (mazhab) imams. Today, it refers to the new jurisprudential problems. The works such as waqiat are the works that contain the accumulation of fiqh. While some of these works are in a printed form, unfortunately a large part of them is waiting in libraries in case of handwriting. As a doctoral study, we examined al-Sadr al-Shahid Omar b. Abd al-Aziz's work Kitab al-Waqiat is written in VI./XII. Century. This work became one of the important sources of Hanafi literature in later periods. Our research consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion and bibliography. In the first chapter, the biography and works of al-Sadr al-Shahid are included. The enquirys about Kitab al-Waqiat took place In the second chapter. In this context, belonging of the book to his author, purpose of writing, its subject, content, sources, the method followed in the writing of the work, the manuscripts of book in the libraries, the properties of manuscripts that we preferred in our study are described. In the third chapter, information about the method followed in the critical edition and the signs used in the criticized text are given. The results obtained from this study are explained in the conclusion and ended with some recommendations on future studies.en_US
