Özet
Bu çalışmada düşünce tarihinde önemli bir yer edinmiş modern devlet problemi, devlet ve anarşizm kavramları, Thomas Hobbes'un sözleşme kuramından hareketle devleti temellendirişi ve son olarak ise anarşizmin kavramsal analizi, ütopya olup olmadığı ve ayrıca gönüllü kulluğa karşı bir başkaldırı olan anarşizmin gerçeğe bakış açısı incelenmektedir. Platon ve Aristoteles temelli devlet düşüncesinin modern yüzü, Machiavelli, Bodin, Hobbes, Locke ve Rousseau ekseninde incelenmekte ve anarşist filozofların düşünceleri ve eylemleri araştırılmaktadır. Düşünce tarihinin her döneminde tartışılagelen iki kavram olan devlet ve anarşizm kavramlarının anlaşılmasını amaçlayan bu çalışma Hobbes'un siyaset felsefesindeki yerine ve önemine, anarşizmin neleri arzuladığına odaklanmaktadır. Ayrıca Kropotkin, Bakunin, Proudhon, Emma Goldman gibi anarşist düşünürlerin devlete ve otoriteye bakışlarını yakından inceleyerek, devlet, özgürlük ve eşitlik vs. konularında anarşist düşünürlerin görüşlerini ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu tez, devlet savunucusu ve devlet karşıtı olan filozofların düşüncelerini, karşılaştırmalı olarak ortaya koymaktadır. Ayrıca modern devletin inşa sürecinde tarihsel sürecin ve toplumsal geri dönüşlerin kritik yönleri, otorite, egemenlik, kaos, kargaşa, özgürlük, eşitlik, güvenlik gibi kavramların kapsamlı bir tahlili sunulmaktadır.
In this study, the modern state problem which has an important place in the history of thought, causes of the state-anarchism conflict, based on Thomas Hobbes's theory of social contract, the foundation of the state and, finally, the conceptual analysis of anarchism, and the point of view of anarchism, which is a revolt against volunteerism, is examined. The modern face of Plato and Aristotle-based state thinking, Machiavelli is studied on the axis of Bodin, Hobbes, Locke and Rousseau and the ideas and actions of anarchist philosophers are being investigated. This study, which aims to understand the concepts of state and anarchism, which are the two concepts discussed in every period of thought history, focuses on the place and importance of Hobbes in the political philosophy and what anarchism desires. In addition, Kropotkin, Bakunin, Proudhon, Emma Goldman, such as the state and authority to examine the views of the state, freedom and equality. Aim is to present the views of anarchist thinkers. This thesis presents a comparison of the ideas of philosophers who argue state and anti-state. In addition, a comprehensive analysis of concepts such as the critical aspects of historical process and social returns, authority, sovereignty, chaos, chaos, freedom, equality, and security are presented in the modern state building process.
