dc.description.abstractDünya genelinde ülkelerin ekonomik performansını değerlendirme konusundakimakroekonomik kriterlerin başlıcalarından olan işsizlik oranını kontrol altına almakiçin çeşitli politikalar uygulanmaktadır. Uygulanan bu politikaların sadeceişsizliğe yönelik olmasından ziyade, işsizlik üzerinde etkili olan diğer makroekonomikdeğişkenler üzerinde de etkili olması, işsizliği azaltma konusunda daha kesinve kalıcı sonuçların alınmasını da beraberinde getirecektir. Bu sebeple doğru vezamanında uygulanan politikalar ile işsizlik oranı arzulanan seviyede tutulabilecektir.Bu çalışmada 2000Q1-2015Q3 verileri kullanılarak işsizlik oranlarındameydana gelen değişiklikleri ve etkileri açıklamak için varyans ayrıştırması ve etkitepkianalizi kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre işsizlik oranlarındaki değişimien iyi açıklayan değişken reel kurdur. Ayrıca işsizlik oranının enflasyon, büyümeve ihracata tepkisi her dönem için pozitif ölçülmüştür.en_US
dc.description.abstractTo get undercontrol the unemployment rate being majors of macroeconomiccriterions about economic performance evaluating of countries worldwide, severalpolicies are applied. Also being influential on the other macroeconomic variablesbeing influential on the unemployment rather than these policies applied for onlyunemployment will bring about taking of more certain and more permanent resultsabout decreasing the unemployment. Therefore, with the policies applied at theproper time and accurate, the unemployment rate will be able to hold at the intentedlevel. In this study, variance decomposition and effect-response analysis were usedto explain changes and effects of unemployment rates using 2000Q1-2015Q3 data.According to the results of the analysis, the variable which best explains the changein the unemployment rates is the real one. Moreover, the inflation, growth andexport response of the unemployment rate was measured positively for each period.en_US
